I didn't think I'd ever be excited about an eye dr appt had but such a great experience!!! The office is very high tech so I feel like it was the most comprehensive exam I've ever had. Also, now that I'm older my vision is more complicated, I need correction for far away and up close and computer glasses for work. Dr Wagner understands all of that and refined my contacts and glasses perfectly. All the staff is also super friendly and the process from intake through glass shopping was so efficient. Highly recommend!

I had a great eye exam! Dr. Rob is honest and thorough and took the time to listen to my concerns about my dry eye and vision changes. Daniel (Optician) was wonderful and helped recommend frames for me after not wearing glasses for many years. The entire FVC staff was friendly and made the exam very smooth.

Very clean and thorough place. The doctor has your best interests at heart. Unfortunately they don't explain stuff very well to you when it comes to insurance. They had additional exam they asked if I could get there or somewhere else and I said why not sure. They said that this exam is covered by Medical and I said okay sure. What was not explained to me was my entire eye exam with them at that point be switching to my medical and not my vision. So instead of just paying for that one additional on my medical, I now paid over a $400 bill for the entire exam. That additional exam that was $49 when i looked at the bill because I had to now meet my deductible and pay for the entire exam against my medical. This should have been a $20-30 exam using my vision and I would have just paid the $49 out of pocket for the additional. Question everything they're offering because that part may not be in your best interest when it comes to charging you in the end. Unfortunately I do not see myself going back. Nice doctor, really is but money is tighier ever. Edit: So they did adjust my bill after dealing with my insurance and they called me to let me know because they saw this review. No I don't plan on talking to you again. I am done with talking to you. Your communication is atrocious to begin with. There are plenty of people on here that are saying the same thing. Start by taking the steps to communicate everything better before the customer gets upset. Getting a surprise additional couple hundred dollar bill more than you thought you were getting definitely falls under that even if you adjusted it after everything finalized. There are plenty of people that just muddle through this whole thing because they don't understand and put their faith in your hands. Doctor is great I will give you that. The issue here is the other staff. It's these experiences that make you not want to go back because who knows what will happen next time.

Such a wonderful life changing experience with my dry eye treatments. The Optilift, Optilight, Optilux. The staff and Dr Rob are so caring, sweet and professional. Would recommend to any family, friend or a perfect stranger.

Edit 9/9/25 Dr Rob sent me an email message even though he was on a family vacation and apologized that we had a disconnect, inquired about my eye, and assured me that he was concerned about what happened and wanted some more info from my perspective. I have upgraded my review from one star to three and I want to make clear that I have been going there for years with never having an incident. This was purely a communication issue and absolutely not a practice issue. I applaud Dr Rob for reaching out personally and I encourage others to continue to have conversations with these providers as we all can do better, me included. ------------------- I've been going here for years and I had an eye emergency and they were more concerned about getting correct insurance information then actually seeing me and evaluating what was going on. Considering your eyes are incredibly delicate and permanent damage can be done if not treated quickly, seems counterintuitive to me. My wife left a review about this. I decided to read it and as I read through the other reviews I noticed a trend where the responder to all the poor reviews cited information about the relationship in a public forum detailing dates and times of the interactions. That is insanely inappropriate. I understand the need to comment on poor reviews as a way of showing that the company is engaged and listening, but to call out the patients and list details of the engagements in the public forum is so incredibly unprofessional I would suspect it borders on illegal. As a medical practitioner, dressing down patients and public and rehashing conversations and engagements in public feels like they are more interested in their pride and reputation than they are in the care of patient data and patient relationships. Perhaps I am a little sensitive because I'm sitting here in the waiting room of another facility that immediately agreed to see me after I called them stating I had an emergency without worrying about clarifying insurance information and coverage. They knew that my insurance was a network and that we would work out the details after the emergency. This is the kind of service an optometrist that takes emergencies should give. There are good people at this facility. I have never had an issue with the doctors whatsoever. But it appears some of the staff are acting in a manner that I find extremely uncomfortable as it relates to my person, my health, and my records.

The best eye doctor office I've been to in many years. The staff is friendly and caring, the doctor was great, and the sales guy was not pushy. The office is nice, very clean, and well run. I'm very happy and will be sending my family and friends.

Dr. Rob at Family Vision has been taking care of my vision needs for about 10 years now. Everyone in their office is knowledgeable and friendly, always making me feel welcome. I have multiple eye issues and need to visit a minimum of 4 times a year, usually more. I am so pleased with my care that when I moved from Westminster to Central Park (formerly Stapleton), I continued going back even though the drive is longer than desirable. It's worth the trips! I highly recommend Family Vision (located just off Wadsworth in Westminster).

I've been coming here for over 8 years and referred hundreds of patients when I was practicing primary care at Arbor Family Medicine next store and always had nothing but great experiences for me and my patient panel. The family goes on holiday once a year and this year both my husband and I had a great covering provider. They precept for the next generation of optometrists which I appreciate their contribution to training the future generation of providers. Dan their optician is a delightful familiar face who always is great for helping me update my glasses that also is an expert at what he does and they have a great selection of products! I not only trust their expertise but also can confidently say the experience is always top notch. Their reminder protocol is also great, with a text message, mailing slip and sometimes a phone call, since I'm not the greatest at scheduling my annual vision exam!
