Rikard L. Olson, OD

Dr. Olson is the absolute best. He's so nice, never rushes you, has conversation with you, and shows so much care with your eye health/concerns. I've been going to this practice for a few years now and every time has been a great experience; not only from the doc but from his kind and fun staff as well. Highly recommend this wonderful practice.

I've been coming to Dr Olson off and on since I was in college. As I moved around and tried other offices, I always find myself coming back. He's so kind, friendly and informative whether it's for a normal eye exam, pink eye emergency, etc. He's wonderful and I highly recommend him

Being a very nervous nellie just talking about shots, surgeries, laser procedures, I knew I had to find a gentle person to take care of an eye issue that had developed in my eye. I found the perfect person in Dr. Olson. He is not only very professional, but he is extremely kind and was very considerate of my fears. His confidence and caring attitude had me completely at ease in no time. I now consider him my family's eye doctor and I recommend him highly to anyone searching for quality eye care.

Dr. Rikard Olson was so friendly and did such a great job when my son was getting contacts for the first time. He was kind, patient, and super helpful teaching my son how to take them in and out. He spent as much time as we needed and was fun and pleasant! We will see him again!

My wife saw Dr. Olsen previously, and I was very impressed by his calm manner and caring touch. When it came to my turn, I made an appointment with them but did not realize Dr. Olsen wasn't the only Dr in the office. I got there and was surprised I was not met by Dr. Olsen. Before the exam started, I was asked if I wanted trifocals or bifocals. All I wanted was my eyes checked, and then we could discuss my optical needs. I was chastised about my responses to one test. I mentioned a problem with my left eye, and some dye was put in with no results. When asked what the problem is, I got "I don't know, try some ointment or some artificial tears. Big help. Did not click with this doc and suggest asking specifically for doc Olsen.

What a fantastic experience!! Dr. Olson is such kind caring doctor. He really helped me out with painful uveitis. He was very thorough with his examination and his receptionist/office assistant was very friendly and fabulous. Highly recommend going to Olson family Eyecare for all of your eyecare needs!

I had an eye exam at Costco that was performed by Dr. Kristine Burns of Olson Family Eyecare. She was very friendly and did an excellent job; however, the prescription didn't list the PD measurement. When I returned to Costco, I was told by the person behind the glasses counter that Costco policy prevented him from giving me the PD measurement due to liability reasons. I emailed Olson Family Eyecare and was provided with the PD measurement the next morning!!!
