Samantha and her staff was polite and did their jobs efficiently I have no complaints about them specifically. However, the 1 star review is due to the fact that my visit was a routine eye exam that I was at the office for less than 15 minutes. I did not need new glasses and I did not have my eyes dilated but I was charged $268 when I could have gone to a non Kaiser facility and paid $60 (at the minimum) for a routine eye exam instead. There are many places available with profession optometrists that can give you your eye exam for far less then you can take the prescription they give you to purchases new glasses and lens online at Zenni Optical. I will never go to Samantha or a Kaiser facility for eye exams again and I encourage you to research your options before choosing Kaiser as well.
