Walmart Vision & Glasses

This place had amazing options and very cool style, I'm glad I was helped by the worker Amia, she helped me pick out my glasses and helped me find a pair that's comfortable and looks great. She was very professional and very patient with me while looking for my glasses. Thank you for makeing the process easy and enjoyable. Thank you for the awesome glasses

My experience at this optical office was very disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the woman who helped me was rude and had a very bad attitude, not only toward me but also toward other customers. She kept saying that she was the only one who spoke Spanish, but that is not an excuse for treating people poorly. This is not the first time I've seen her behave this way, and honestly, it's unacceptable. No one is forced to work somewhere they don't want to be, and someone with that attitude should not be working in customer service. I hope management takes this situation seriously, because customer service is a fundamental part of any business, and this experience was far below expectations.

In walking in I was greeted by two young ladies with very welcoming smiles. I needed a nose piece replaced and fully expected to pay. Destiny was SUPER awesome and replaced both of my nose pieces at no charge while I shopped. Her professionalism and sincere care were fantabulous!!! If you need vision/ glasses help, this is the place to go!

This place doesn't even deserve a star. The worst customer service ever. The ladies there don't have a clue what they are talking about and are very rude and unpleasant. They told me that I could get an eye exam that included one for contact lenses and that I would receive contact lenses the same day if they had the ones I needed. Well, I got through my exam. The Dr was pleasant. And then the problem started when the front desk ladies never assisted me in putting my contact lenses. One of them was very rude. And kept pronouncing my name incorrectly after correcting her many times. Told me that I needed to tell them if i needed help. It wasn't even offered and I thought that this was a routine procedure. And then at checkout, she proceeds to tell me that the box of contact lenses I got was for 5 days and the order of lenses after that would take up to 45 days!!!!!! Zero empathy. Zero understanding of what my urgency was as this was the same lady I had spoken to earlier on the phone explaining my situation. I came in there because my eyeglass frame had broke and the ONLY reason I did an exam today was because they told me they most likely had my lenses. Only to get a 5 day supply!!! Absolute rude individuals. Would not recommend.

They were great! The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. They offered to squeeze me in for an exam because they had already checked my insurance for both my kids that had appointments and knew what all was covered on the plan and that I had benefits as well. The optometrist was very nice and funny. She explained things very well to me and both kids. Overall, this location is great!

If you go to this location ask for Wendy!!!! She is so friendly and helpful and most of all so patient with my son. It was his first time to wear contacts and she gave him helpful tips. She was going out of her way to help him. All the other ladies were nice to.

I have been going to this location for three years, and every time it's a great experience. The ladies in the front are very pleasant and knowledgeable. I have refer friends and family here due to the great care they provide. I'm glad I gave this Vision center a shot because they are always so helpful!

Worst experience I have ever had! This is a Medical environment and should be comfortable and professional. I had been instructed by my Dr. To get my eyes looked at to very bad headaches I have been getting. Went here and thee most rude individuals I have ever encountered. The female helping me never smiled once the assistant manager was rude to guest on the phone, another young girl on her phone looked lost. On top of it the female helping me said they couldn't because she couldn't find my insurance info. Went to the eye clinic at the Walmart at lakeside somehow with nice greetings and costumer service they found me in no time. I'm absoutly disgusted and felt treated like I was a inconvenience and that my issue was not taken with care. Find new employees!
