Dr. Peter Staiger touched the inside of my right eyelid, my mucous membranes, with his bare hands without washing them or using gloves. I had an appt @4pm on 1/12/26. He welcomed me in, shook my hand, asked questions while entering my info into his computer using a mouse and keyboard. He proceeded to the exam for a stye in my right eye. He did not use an alcohol wipe on the chin rest of the device. He then proceeded to flip my eyelid inside out using his bare hands & a long cotton swab. He struggled a bit, my eyes were very watery & he touched the underside of my eyelid with his fingers. I was so distraught. I looked in the sink which was absolutely dry. Not one drop of water anywhere in it, indicating that he had not washed his hands prior to my entry in the room & he didn't wash his hands after shaking my hand & touching the germ infested computer mouse & keyboard prior to the exam. I had to race home to flush my eye out. On a different note, Dr. Staiger's appearance is disheveled, his speech is slurred & he has a dirty smell which puts his hygiene in question. This was an awful experience & I will not be returning.

One of the best doctors that I have seen in a very long time. The doctor was so nice and understanding. She read everything to me and explained everything that she was going to do. I even really appreciate her listening to my concerns. Really glad that I found someone that is so kind and caring towards her patients. Thank you so much again!

Dr. Staiger and all staff, from the imaging professional to the receptionists responsibilities are a perfect team, they cared for all my needs in a professional manner with the utmost respect and care with their exceptional demeanor from a client's perspective. The staff was super friendly! The doctor was extremely knowledgeable! They were knowledgeable of things I had questions and only recommended what I was required or recommended. Gave alternatives to my different options New eye exam and dilating my eyes took roughly two hours. Staff was friendly and helped it go by quick though !

From the moment I walked in the door and through the end of my eye examination, every person was friendly, professional, prompt and respectful. My doctor, Meredith Clark O.D., took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me and provided me with options, without any pressure at all to purchase glasses there. The entire team exceeded my expectations and I will tell everyone about what a professional team I experienced. Thank you for putting your customers and patients first.

I would highly recommend dr. Clark. Although this was my first time meeting her, she made the experience feel as if an old friend was guiding me through the process. Along the way answering all my questions, as well as anticipating a few others, and putting me at ease about those. I would highly recommend her!
