I had a great experience with Ilona. She completely removed the melasma off the sides of my face in 3 laser visits. It was completely painless. They're very flexible and super easy to book online and change appointments. I would highly recommend Ilona.

I'm really disappointed with my experience. I went over 6 months ago but it's still bugging me which is why I am writing. I went twice to this office, and I've been getting Botox for years, so I know what works for my face. I specifically told her I need a low dose, but she insisted she had to use a certain amount and even suggested that what I'd had elsewhere "wasn't Botox." The result left me completely frozen as I feared it might but I caved to the professional. When I returned to show her, she asked if I "liked it like that" because I was so frozen -- even though I had already told her it was too much. She acted as if she didn't remember our earlier conversation. Instead of listening, she kept talking over me or at me, and tried to sell me products, like her vitamin C, after I'd already told her I use SkinCeuticals. I decided to give it another chance, thinking she now understood how much was too much and perhaps I was being sensitive. Before my second treatment, I again reminded her that I needed less Botox than before. She said she remembered, but then started pushing laser treatments instead. When I went to pay for the Botox the cost was the same as my first visit -- she claimed it had just been "on special" before. Finally, when I asked for the exact units used each time, she hesitated, gave inconsistent answers, and the numbers didn't make sense. After more than a decade of getting Botox, I know my dosing -- and this experience was unprofessional and frustrating. Maybe she is great, but we definitely had a personality clash. I like to be felt heard, not just talked at.

Great experience with Dr. Shternfeld. She was straightforward while at the same time, very personable. She explained the different procedures in detail and which ones she would recommend for my skin type and bone structure -- no sugarcoating, which is what I want and expect from the person handling my face.

I had such a great experience with Ilona! She did an amazing job with both my lips and Dysport -- very natural, smooth results that I absolutely love! She's not only skilled and professional, but also funny and down-to-earth, which made the whole appointment comfortable and enjoyable. I really appreciated how she took the time to explain everything step by step and made sure I understood how it all works. Highly recommend her if you're looking for someone who combines expertise with a great personality!

I 100% trust Dr. Shternfeld's expertise and knowledge of facial anatomy. When it comes to cosmetic treatments, I feel much more comfortable in the hands of a medical doctor! Her bedside manner is fantastic and she puts you at ease right away. Love my results!!

I couldn't trust a doctor more than I do Dr. Shternfeld. I've received botox and lip filler and she makes me feel so taken care of each appointment. I chose her to treat me due to her highly impressive knowledge of the body, but her empathy and personableness are a big part of why I keep coming back.

Had the best experience with Dr Ilona Shternfeld! Incredibly knowledgeable and professional, she has the true eye of an artist. I am very particular and somewhat of a perfectionist, and Dr Shternfeld did not disappoint. I am thrilled with the subtle and natural results and will be back to see her for other treatments. Dr. Shternfeld's expertise reflects her qualifications as a licensed doctor. Other med spa RN providers I've encountered in the past simply do not have her level of knowledge of facial anatomy & physiology. She is truly an expert at her craft. I highly recommend a visit!
