I had a lens pop out of my glasses this morning that I did not purchase at Americas Best. I was in a bit of panic because I paid a fortune for these and there are my first and only pair of glasses. The store I bought them from was closed on a Saturday. On a whim I popped into America best inquiring if they did repairs. Literally within 10 mins my glasses were repaired and to my surprise they didn't charge me a thing! Awesome customer service! Thank you so much! Will for sure consider this location for my next set of glasses! Life saver!

The second I walked in for my appointment, I was greeted by the General Manager Ryan. He was so friendly, and so extremely informative! I truly felt like he was helping me make the right choices for my needs and budget. Dr.Bird was also awesome! He took the time to explain my eye exam, and went above and beyond. This was my first experience receiving an eye exam and it went great! Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. When I couldn't contact my wife and daughter to help me pick out a frame, Tamika assured me to take all the time I needed and helped me feel less stressed about the situation. Tamika was fantastic! She was fun and personable which made choosing my new frames SO easy and enjoyable! She was informative and gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision when it came to my frames and lens. My insurance caused a delay in the process (1 hr) but Tamika and the team went through the hoops and hurdles to make sure I was covered for my frames and lens. Long story short. I'll be getting my frames from this location for now onward! Serious shout out to Tamika for the wonderful service!

Everyone was friendly enough and it ended up being cheaper than expected which was nice without insurance. However, I was ultimately not helped. I ended up paying $90 for an exam only for them to tell me that they can't prescribe prism glasses and was referred to an ophthalmologist. So ultimately, I left empty handed with no real fix for my eye issue and still out the money that I paid. If I was informed beforehand that they couldn't prescribe prism glasses I would not have wasted my money or time with the exam.
