Dr Gounaris was fantastic. He was kind, respectful, patient, knowledgeable and was detailed in his answers to my questions. He is extremely passionate about his craft. My only negative was the examination room. Please refresh/update Dr Gounaris' examination room. It is dark, extremely crowded and I would bet it's never been renovated since BJ's opened. Plus, Dr Gounaris deserves it and so do his patients. Also, Brian in optical was extremely helpful and personable. You can tell he really enjoys what he does. I would highly recommend BJ's Optical.

Dr. Gounaris immediately put me at ease--he spent nearly an hour with me, explaining each instrument, the tests he was performing, and how our eyes work. He also took the time to discuss the changes our eyes go through as we age. His approach was both professional and personable, making the experience far more comfortable than I expected.
Afterward, Brian assisted me in choosing new glasses. He patiently walked me through several options and never rushed the process. His friendly attitude and genuine enthusiasm for his work really stood out.
Thank you, Dr. Gounaris and Brian, for turning what I thought would be a nerve-wracking first visit to an eye doctor into a truly enjoyable experience.
