I had my first visit at Brookfield Vision Care and it was such a great experience from start to finish! The front desk/reception staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. I'm so sorry I forgot their names, but they truly made a wonderful first impression and made me feel comfortable right away.
Shannon brought me back and was so kind and pleasant. She made the transition from check-in to the exam room smooth and easy.
Dr. Kaitlyn Rooney was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. She has a warm, compassionate approach and you can genuinely tell she's enthusiastic about being a doctor and caring for her patients. I never felt rushed and really appreciated how detailed and attentive she was.
I highly recommend Brookfield Vision Care and look forward to my next visit!

With Dr. Schramm and her team, I had the most comprehensive eye exam I have ever had. It was very thorough with tests performed that I had not seen at other facilities. The doctor discussed conditions of good eye health that I never heard of from previous doctors. I would also add, there was no push or pressure whatsoever to be directed into the sales area to purchase a pair of glasses. Specifically from my experience, the franchise MYEYEDOCTOR focuses more on selling you frames, lens, and contacts than good vision care. What Brookfield Vision Care does is in their name.

Our family has been seen at Brookfield Vision Care for almost 10 years. Always a great experience! Have seen both Dr. S and Dr. T They listen to concerns and take time to achieve the best corrected possible. The optician (who wears orange glasses) is also friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Explains features, makes sure frames are an appropriate fit for face and script and goes over costs before purchase. Staff is very accommodating to people with other physical challenges.Though, eyeglasses seem more expensive than other places the frames are more durable, lens are sharper, don't have the blur like some progressive lenses and coatings last.They also honor their warranty as we've broken 2 pairs and lens and parts of frames were replaced promptly.

Dr. Rooney performs the most comprehensive eye exam I've ever had. She is informative and takes plenty of time to review my illnesses, my medications and answers all of my questions.
