Dr Patel was wonderful. She addressed all of my needs thoroughly and compassionately, and made sure I got everything I needed at the best price. I'm thrilled that she's so close to home, and in the local Walmart. It's awesome to find such great care in such a convenient location. I have found an eye care home and couldn't be happier!

I went here for an eye exam a few months ago and everything was fine until I used my glasses prescription and recieved glasses elsewhere.
I was able to be fit in to have my eyes rechecked and that's when the poor customer service started. As this was a "free" call on there part I was extremely rushed out of the office. The Optometrist was very short with me and was telling me things about my eyes that she believed to be true and were not. She was getting frustrated with my questions and didn't look confident with her answers.
I ended up getting my prescription changed so now it will be correct. I will not be going back here for an eye exam or for glasses, all based on poor customer service and for not having the willingness to explain things.
