Orlen Eye Care

Ive been with the doctor for many years. I appreciate his candor. His office staff is always pleasant and very accommodating.

Dr Bausch is the best. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but she is very easy to talk to. Pleasant demeanor, efficient, and a great sense of humor. Went in with a painful red eye infection and she immediately put me at ease, confident that antibiotic drops would "knock it out". She was right. Went back for my eye exam, and she found me a brand of contacts that are more comfortable than what I've been using. I live only several miles from the Holyoke location, but I drive over to CT just to deal with her, as well as the amazing LensCrafters staff. I will stay going to Orlen eye care, as long as she is there.

I could not find the location for 20 minutes I looked on gps and could not get a hold of anyone in the office for assistance until 9am. As I am being given directions she cancels my appointment. No empathy, care or concern for the customer. I am not from the area and the Uber dropped me at the wrong place. I was going to be no later than 10-15 minutes and they would not work with me. I took the day off from work, spent $50 on an Uber for nothing. What Terrible service. I tried calling them for 20 minutes to get directions. But no one picked up.Thanks for the awful experience during the holidays.

I am very impressed with the customer service. The people who assist Dr. Orlen are professional and friendly on the phone and in person. Jose treats each customer with care and with a smile.

Been with Dr. Orlen for years. Very talented and helpful with all my eye issues.
