I waited a long time before writing this review, but bottom line: if you're Black, stay far away from this establishment. You can always tell when a place doesn't want you as a customer but doesn't want to say it out loud and that's exactly what I've experienced here. My 4-year-old son is a client, and every single time I've needed a glasses repair (which his insurance fully covers), Marisol from Optical has given me nothing but stress, disrespect, and excuses. My son's insurance covers $200 for frames, yet I still ended up paying over $100 out of pocket additional, and Marisol has refused to repair or replace his glasses with anything close to equal value. Instead, she gave us a $20 frame "loaner" back in September, and ever since then, every time I've followed up, it's a new excuse. First, she left a voicemail saying she wanted me to keep the $20 frames and "do an even wash." When my sister contacted the head of optical, suddenly the story changed, now she claimed that because they moved in October, they "haven't received any kids' frames of equal value." I visited again in November and got yet another completely different excuse. Now it's December, about four weeks later, and still no update, no call, no replacement, nothing. And here's what really opened my eyes: I referred a non-Black friend to the same location, and the quality of service she received was nothing like mine. She had fast, respectful, smooth service, the complete opposite of how I was treated. So yes, this is why I'm finally leaving this review today. The pattern is clear, and my experience has been unacceptable. No parent should have to fight this hard just for their child's glasses, especially when the insurance is paying for it. And Marisol, before you try to deny anything, please remember that I have your voicemail.

It was fine I guess. I don't really doubt that I had a decent exam. 95% of the exam was performed by a "clinical supervisor" so not certain what exactly her qualifications are. Dr. Tu did the examination of the eye grounds only. But all that took close to 2 hours which was excessive.

Dr. Won makes you feel very comfortable. He explains things in detail, puts a plan in place for your future eye care and makes sure you understand what is happening with your eye care. After my ophthalmologist retired after 30+ years of continuous care, I wasn't sure what to expect on this visit. I'm glad to say that I'll continue to see Dr Won going forward in caring for my eyesight!

They are all very friendly and knowledgeable in what they are doing . Dr Won explains Everything that he's Is doing. Is extremely knowledgeable and explains it in layman's terms. Great place

It was a great experience, everyone was fantastic from check in to check out. Dr. Won was very knowledgeable in answering my questions.

Very pleased with my appointment I was taken on time and the exam was fast and accurate to the point staff was friendly and answered my questions.

Everybody there is Pleasant and polite and take time to answer any of your questions I enjoy them and my doctor Jason is very professional and answers all my questions

As always. my appointment at Dr. Kimberly Lucey's office was a pleasant experience. Each step was done with efficiency, and I was treated pleasantly and with respect. Dr. Lucey explained her findings and conveyed them to me in a manner which I could easily understand. I was seen in a timely manner, in accordance with my appointment time.
