Best experience in over 30 years of getting eye glasses. I love the simplicity of the office. Dr. Cid is the only person in the office and you get full attention from the moment you step in. She was thorough and thoughtful. My mom kept saying 'what a beautiful office'. I am never hopeful with new glasses because my lenses are so thick but my new glasses are beautiful and I am so happy. Because of the special attention, simplicity, kindness and very thorough and knowledgeable doc, I am sorry I waited so long to find someone who was just around the corner to get new glasses. The doc discovered my mom had cataracts and had to refer her to an eye doctor and didn't charge her for the exam. Dr. Cid is an optometrist, not an ophthalmologist. Park anywhere in the condo lot and the entrance is on the Black Rock Tpke side. Thanks doc, you're the best!

Please look for another Eye Doctor before going here. I visited Dr Cid for redness in my eye. Unfortunately I don't have vision insurance so I had to pay out of pocket ($120) for the visit. The Dr said she didn't see any issues with my eye, to buy some over the counter drops. There was no improvement to my eye a few days after. I called back and asked her to provide a Prednisolone prescription. She told me she thought about my eye needing some steroids but she couldn't prescribe it. She told me to go see a medical doctor. After paying $120 for the visit and another $25 for over the counter drops, now I needed to go see another doctor. Definitely not worth coming here. Find an eye doctor that can write prescriptions.

My visit to Dr. Cid was delightful. She is very thorough and didn't mind explaining my eye health in detail. She offered a menu of options for me to consider and gave me things to watch for as my vision changes with age. Most reassuringly, she took her time. Highly recommend!

I have known Dr. Cid for over 30 years. There is no other Dr. who has the patience she has. My very first experience was a contact lens fitting. To this day we still laugh about it. I don't write reviews often, but Dr. Cid merits more than 5 stars. There is no one else I would trust my eyes to.

She is the best Optometrist in the area!!! To say anything less would be a crime.

Dr. Cid is patient, friendly, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things or answer questions. Decent selection of frames. Office is quiet and easy to get to.
