Ian Gorovoy

Dr. Gorovoy is knowledgeable, charismatic, and truly knows his patients and their families. He has been taking care of my mom, husband, and myself for over 10 years. He is the absolute best! From surgeries to annual exams, he truly cares deeply about his patients and gives them phenomenal service. He even took care of lacerations I had after a recent car accident. The scars healed rapidly after his recommendations and treatment. He is prompt but thorough, and we are lucky to have found such a wonderful person and doctor to give us the best treatment and care. I highly recommend you see Dr. Gorovoy or his practice if you're seeking a professional, knowledgeable, and caring eye Doctor.

I was referred to Dr. Gorovoy by another specialist. Dr. Gorovoy is one the most thorough, and conscientious doctors I know. I would recommend him to anyone looking for help with their eyes. In addition, the staff is awesome. Jennifer, one of his medical staff is amazing. Jennifer 's interactions with the patients is worthy of praise. Jennifer is respectable and very approachable. Are your eyes troubling you? Need a doctor? So did I. I was passed off onto this subpar "doctor" when the professional I was seeing retired. She was great. But in her absence, there is no high standard for patients' care. It started from the front desk, the women treated me as if I was just another number from the deli line. I then went to a room with a girl who was absolutely fantastic and took her time. I'm so sorry I can't remember her name but she's the girl who does the imaging and you have to look at a light through a lens in a dark room. I then waited again to finally be in a room with an assitant or lab tech or whatever their title is. And at this point with our interaction alone I knew I'd never return. She was rude and dismissive and condescendingly arrogant. I worded to her that my precious doctor hadn't instructed me to continue certain drops so I used them until done and didn't continue. The girl then said that my previous doctor kept "exceptional" notes and there would be no mistake. I then told the subpar assistant that if said doctor had kept such great notes, then YOU would know I'm blind in one eye which she had no clue that was my situation. Again I forget names but the staff at this place was more than forgettable. Amazing how they can even care for people honestly. The worst girl whose name I can't recall had tattoos on her arms and neck, she's truly in the wrong profession bc of her attitude and not bc of her ink. And all to lead to goravoy. What an absolute clown. He walks in after madame tattoo insults me, takes 2 minutes to give me an exam, prescribes me drops that have actually made my vision worse, ignored my complaints, and then passes me off to the eye glass shop and doesn't even have the decency to say goodbye or have a good day. Absolutely disgusting experience and people should know this isn't what it's supposed to be like. Dr. Goravoy, google him he's an absolute joke of a "doctor". Negative 3 stars if possible
