I had an amazing experience here from with the receptionist to checkout. The receptionist was very kind and made it smooth to check in. Dr David was extremely helpful and nice. He listened to my concerns with my eyes and clearly & nicely explained what was going on. At checkout Tony helped me and he was extremely helpful with applying my insurance and bringing my costs lower!! Also just a nice guy! 100% coming back

I have always had a great experience at this office. The staff is professional, welcoming, and friendly. They make you feel comfortable! They work with you in every way to help save money but make great choices. I am overall very happy and will continue to bring to my family and myself for our overall eye health to this office!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received today during my appointment. After a good experience with the technician and Dr. Cosenza, I worked with Michelda, who is a superstar! She was really friendly, explained things to me very well, and was beyond helpful when it came to picking out new frames. I had to step out to take a work phone call before I had finished paying, and when I can back Amy was there and seamlessly picked things up. She too was very friendly and helpful. Also, I was in the store recently with my son and Amy helped us then as well. My experience then was just as it was today. Amy was incredibly helpful and friendly. This made for a good experience. I appreciate the great service I've received at your location, and want to call out how awesome Michelda and Amy both are!

Working with this office was so easy, they explained everything up front and were so kind. The doctor was very patient trying several different types of contacts to get my daughter the right fit. Tony was such a huge help picking out glasses for my daughter and myself ... he took the time to price everything out with and without insurance to make sure we were getting the best possible deal and was just a pleasure to work with. I'd definitely recommend!

The employees here were a god send for me today. I was traveling for work, and forgot to bring my daily contacts with me- not noticing until I had thrown away the pair I was wearing. (I have a very high prescription and can't function without them). I ubered there unannounced, and they immediately took the time to work directly with my local eye dr to get me a pair of lenses for the day. They made me a priority even though I wasn't a patient, and didn't charge me a dollar. I am so beyond thankful and appreciative. Best customer service I have ever received!

Had a great experience at the Fairfield office, all of the staff was very helpful and kind. The gentleman Tony really stood out making sure I was going to get the best deal and truly enjoyed the glasses I purchased. Thanks to his guidance I was able to get glasses I actually look forward to wearing. I will be back soon to get a backup pair, Thank you!

Staff at the store is great, make the whole glasses experience easy and painless. Tony has such a great approach extremely friendly and positive. Would not get my glasses anywhere else.
