Kyle was the BEST to work with, this was the best eye care experience I've ever had. She was very attentive, professional and sweet! Kristen was the associate who assisted me and honestly if not for her welcoming spirit i wouldn't have made a purchase. she was kind, informative and super patient, she was helpful her personality lit the store.. She was very attentive to my needs and a great listener where i never had to repeat myself

Upon entering Lens Crafters I was greeted by someone behind the front desk who happily directed me towards Marcia. Marcia took care of all my needs for safety glasses. She was positive, friendly and very happy to help. Her coworker Courtney stepped by for a question or two and treated me with the same friendly attitude. Overall it was a pleasant experience once again.( 2nd time at this location)

I visited Lenscrafters for the first time ever today. When my glasses came apart a coworker suggested Lenscrafters. I searched online and called the Westfarms location. Employee who answered was pleasant and reassuring and he told me to come in after work. I was met by Mireya at the desk and she brought my glasses to the back to be fixed. She was professional and friendly. As I waited I perused the frames and then the person who presumably fixed my glasses came out to gove them to me. This was where the experiences goes from Good and great to Above and Beyond. His name starts with the letter "M"...I cannot recall the spelling. However, I recall the warmth of his demeanor. This individual is from Sudan, he speaks multiple languages including Arabic and is working toward learning Spanish and is an asset to this store. Great customer service skills, insightful, and most of all kind and authentic. Lenscrafts is a great store because of the people like him, Mireya, and the one who answered the phone. They do everything right that is noticed and valued by customers. People return due to the service they receive and this is definitely a store to be recommended. Thank you for making my day brighter. I had a great experience deciding what frames I should get with the help of Alvina. She has wonderful knowledge on many frames I was trying on and used her personal testimony to help me decide on which ones would be best/durable in the long run.

This was my first time going to LensCrafters, and it was a great experience! From the moment I walked in, Kyle greeted me, and she took amazing care of me! She went through all of my options and helped me select the best one for me! So excited to get my new glasses, and I will definitely be back in the future.

Both the doctors and sales staff here are amazing. Doctor Pham was super in depth in her exam, and explaining to me the changes in my vision and what they meant for me. Kyle was AMAZING and helped me save so much money on my glasses. Service was so great we decided to have my daughter seen and got her glasses the same day! Will definitely be coming here for the foreseeable future.
