The staff greeted me immediately and answered all my questions. I especially enjoyed working with Nicole at today's visit. She was easy to approach, very knowledgeable and helpful to pick out styles that best fit the shape of my face. The prices are amazing! I bought 3 pairs of glasses for under $325! I would highly recommend this store to my friends or anyone who may need a new pair of glasses!

Great experience with Micah, Dr Rock, Rosa, Tom and the entire crew at Warby Parker. I've been going to a local optometrist and haven't been happy with my result. Warby Parker has streamlined everything making my exam quick and friendly. I went through glasses and ended up with a pair I didn't set out to get all thanks to Micah's expert fitting. The entire team in this store is great (I'm sorry I don't have everyone's name). The only thing I wish is they weren't in WestFarms, rather I'd prefer they were in a more convenient location like the Shoppes at Evergreen Walk and had a larger location but kudos for the great service.

Unfortunately, I've had recurring issues with in store orders not including my OC measurement. Because my eyes are particularly sensitive, I now have to specifically request that my OC be taken and included each time. I've also experienced issues with in store returns that were processed incorrectly, which required me to spend additional time calling Warby Parker customer service to resolve.
To be honest, this has been the first time I've found the customer service agents more helpful than the in-store experience.
Additionally, I've had several adjustments done in store that made the fit worse, with the exception of Tom - he's been helpful, thorough and accurate.

Stopped by Warby Parker for new glasses today; this is my go to glasses place, they have a great selection of frames for a reasonable price, I can get progressive lenses for less than half of what an optician or Lens Crafters type place would charge, yet good quality and great service. This is probably my fifth or sixth pair from them. If you ever have an issue, you can go back and they will take care of it.

The staff is pleasant but they seem to push using progressive glasses. I had to go back twice to fit the progressives unsuccessfully until asking to switch to readers.
I explained during my exam that I am on the computer several hours a day, progressives were still suggested/encouraged. Be wary of the progressive prescription suggestion..

My/our actual experience was quite good. Tom was top of his game. Professional and personable across the whole exchange. We bought two pair of glasses.
The shop overall gets a two star hit because of the employees that I would best describe as "atmosphere." We had one 45sec greeting and help finding a specific frame. After that, back on their phones and chatting it up like they were at a coffee shop.
But Tom was great and we look forward to getting our new glasses!!
