I'm so glad I found this place!! I had to take my daughter to get an eye exam to see if she needed glasses. I take a lot of time to research especially because my child is autistic. It's hard to find care with people who can be patient with her needs. This place exceeded my expectations, upon entrance we were greeted with a genuine smile, and was promptly served. The technician was very sweet, very kind, and explained everything to my very nervous and curious child. She made the process easy, and assured my daughter throughout the intake. Dr. Malchoff Is such an amazing woman and Doctor. She was so patient, super friendly, and excellent in guiding my daughter every step of the way with the eye exam itself, so that they can get as accurate of an exam as possible. She was very thorough and explained everything so well. The optician I believe his name was David, helped my daughter pick out a style of glasses that not only suited her, but she actually loved. He was very kind and patient as well, and made the experience of getting a fitting so easy, explained the next steps and helped me book another appointment as well. Thank you for making the experience so pleasant for my daughter. It's so very much appreciated!

I had a very good experience at the New Insight Family Eyecare. Dr. Pamela C. Malchoff performed multiple tests for my eyes & prescribed me computer glasses and Emily the optometrist helped to select elegant frames and ordered progressive lenses for me. I tried to get used to the progressive lenses, but when I couldn't use them for driving, they were courteous enough to take them back and exchange them for the bifocals which work better for me. I was so happy with the service that I brought my wife there to get her glasses done and she was happy as well. Emily was very attentive to our needs and crafted 3 pairs of glasses for us. We are delighted to recommend this business to anyone in and around Farmington.

The staff at Progressive is warm, friendly and welcoming! I immediately felt at home and well taken care of between the receptionist, assistant, lens associate and Dr. Richardson. Entire group is professional and thorough... wonderful experience overall - our entire family comes here! You will not be disappointed!

My experience with Progressive Eye Care in Farmington was the best eye exam experience I've ever had. I've been to eye doctors since elementary school and I'm going on thirty now, so it was like a breath of fresh air to receive the kind of care I received here. Dr Richardson did my exam and was very thorough and friendly. It was the first time I've been to an eye doctor where I was treated more than a patient. It felt more like friendship and guidance, is the best way to describe it. The office was very clean and professional. The optician that helped me was just as friendly and kind, as was the woman at the front desk. It was honestly an amazing experience that I raved to my husband about on our way home.

Great service as always! We have been patients there since 2006 and Dr Eng has been our optometrist. She is fantastic and we would highly recommend her! Front desk personnel are always very pleasant and accommodating. The office itself is beautiful and location very easy to access. Definitely would recommend this practice!
