Dr Moore is wonderful-patient, compassionate and knowledgeable. The staff is also very kind and willing to go the extra mile with scheduling, etc. The one real complaint is the wait time in the office. Way too long. This is an ongoing issue that really needs to be addressed.

She was very good and everyone I saw today was as well. The only complaint I would have is that there is too much waiting around in there. Like 40 mins in waiting room followed by seeing a nurse or tech for 20 seconds then waiting for her to come back for 5-10 minutes before spending only 5 minutes with her. Then onto getting put into a waiting area again for at least a half hour or more waiting to see the actual doctor who you're with for a couple of minutes. Other then that everything was great!

Had a routine eye exam at Refocus in Hamden. Felicia attended to me first. She was great! She immediately made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Margaret Moore did my eye exam. She was professional, explained everything and was also great! Everyone was so kind including the receptionists at the front desk. Really nice place.

I had an appointment for a yearly eye exam. The doctor and the tech was very polite, but the overall appointment took about two hours to complete. They are unable to sell glasses at the appointment as well (I was told they would have glasses soon). I did receive a prescription though so I could get glasses. Not the best, but everyone I interacted with was very polite.

I would not recommend Dr. Moore. I went for an ongoing eye issue. She had me look up, in my records, to see what prescription, was prescribed to me, by a Dr. in her office, who had recently left the practice. WHY wasn't it in her records? She then prescribed me a medication, which was recently REMOVED from my list of medications, due to an interaction with one of other medications. She NEVER asked for a list of what medications, I was CURRENTLY taking. She was short in her answers, snotty with her responses and quite UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNPLEASANT. My recommendation..... DR. MOORE - NOPE! NO WAY!

We left after waiting for 45 minutes in the cold exam room. I went out after 30 minutes to remind someone that we were waiting. It didn't help. After another 15 minutes Mom said that's enough of that. During that whole time no one came in to acknowledge the long wait and let us know that we had not been forgotten.
