I have been hearing about Ed for years and today dropped in with a pair of glasses to be fixed. After 20 minutes of drilling and storytelling Ed gave me my glasses back and didn't want any money.

Ed made my prescription glasses in about 15 minutes and called Pearle Vision himself to have my prescription faxed over. He also measured my PD and wrote it down for me on a copy of my prescription paper. I didn't have any cash on me and had left my wallet at home but he said he'd bill me later and not to worry about it. I felt so cared for and that's hard to find these days. Also, his lovely mother bakes cookies every weekend and gave me a chocolate chip cookie, it was delicious! I highly highly recommend him!

I have been getting glasses at the major retail opticians. I went to Mount Carmel and complained that my eyes had deteriorated to the point where I could only get so much improvement. I had a new prescription, but it was almost identical to the old.
Edward told me that was not necessarily the case, that higher quality lenses would make a difference. I was skeptical but had nothing to lose.
When I tried on the new glasses with a very modest prescription change. I saw better than I had in years. Thank you Edward. You have a customer for life!!
