Another great experience at MyEyeDr Hamden office. I needed to update the prescription on my spare glasses. I stopped in without an appointment I believe I spoke to Jade. She was so kind and friendly. I explained my situation to her and she called my insurance plan for the benefit they provided for new lenses. She created the invoice I paid and was on my way within a few minutes. She told me they would send me a text when they arrive approximately 10 to 14 days. I've since picked them up and everything was perfect. I will recommend MyEyeDr Hamden office to all my friends and family.

I ordered glasses for my son over three weeks ago and was told they would arrive within two to three weeks. Since then, no update. When I call the office, they keep me on hold with music for a long time, and when I finally reach someone, they immediately transfer me back to hold without trying to help. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience. I do not recommend going there.

I have made appointment for myself as well as my son and every time I went in person for these appointments they were not anything in their system saying I had an appointment even verified and showed them that I had an appointment and they steal somehow said there's nothing showing up very bad customer service. This is the one in Hamden ct So I decided to not go back and find a different eye doctor to go to very poor service. They really need to do something better with their online appointments.

The most unprofessional my eye doctor I've ever been in. I was able to listen to the girls behind the counter laugh at a customer because he was confused.I had something done to my glasses and they were full of fingerprints. They didn't even clean them. I will never go back there again.

This is the WORST run office I have ever been to. It really should get zero stars. My first experience was at the beginning of June, when I showed up for the appointment I had made and confirmed online only to be told that I didn't have an appointment. When I showed the woman at the front desk that I did indeed make an appointment online she said, "Oh, they don't always come through to the office. It's a corporate problem." I wasn't able to get another appointment for 2 weeks. Yesterday, I showed up EARLY for a follow up appointment. I checked in, they scanned my insurance card and told me to have a seat and they would be with me shortly. I sat there for 35 minutes waiting to be called so I went up to the desk and told them I had been waiting for 35 minutes and asked if they forget about me. I was told, no they're just running a little behind schedule, "You're next, you're next". I sat there for 20 minutes more (55 minutes of waiting at this point) only to see the doctor I was supposed to have an appointment with LEAVE THE BUILDING on his bike. When I asked if that was Dr.____, they said oh he'll be back. I got up and left and will not be back. Truly mind blowing the lack of regard for a person's time. I took time off from work for this appointment and had to miss a meeting. Of course no one from the office called to apologize or say it was their mistake. RUN! Do not waste your time at this office.

Wow thank you for saying I didn't have pain on my eye which I clearly did. My workers comp is invalid cause of that thanks doc here have a 1 star for causing me trouble at my job now they think im causing fraud when I really did scratch my eye. DONT GO HERE.

Best eye doctor's office I've ever had. Jada in front is personable and super sweet. She let me try on all the glasses I wanted and was my hype girl for each! Greg was knowledgeable and funny during his portion of my visit. Also very personally and easy to talk to! Dr. Grand was also amazing. Very kind and knowledgeable. He gave me great advice concerning my dry eyes and contacts. The one doctor's appointment I enjoy going to! Highly recommend this office and the employees within!

Set up a eye exam for today. Arrived ten minutes early incase I needed to fill out paper work. The women working frames never looked up to Greet anyone. Just continued with their conversations. I get to the front desk and repeatedly had to give my first and last name only for them to tell me that they called to cancel my appointment yesterday at 9:20am. I have no missed calls no voice mails never received a call. My appointment was canceled last minute because the doctor was on vacation today. I wouldn't be so annoyed if the office was more inviting and the women working check in was more pleasant. If a issue comes up you should have a plan b maybe give the othe DR the work load. Or make sure the people placing the calls actually call. Idk not my monkey not my circus. What I do know is I made a appointment to spite the horrible reviews, and was proven I shouldn't have wasted my time. Well on to the next I doctor.
