I had an absolutely amazing experience at Bright Eyes Milford! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The office is clean, modern, and very well organized, which immediately put me at ease.
The team took their time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. You can truly tell they care about their patients and take pride in what they do. The level of attention, kindness, and expertise was outstanding.

New patients/ family to the practice, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the front staff , to the tech, and of course the Doctors- were all so very friendly and kind. Smaller practice than what we're used to and I can honestly say I enjoyed it much more. The visit wasn't rushed, there was great attention to the care provided and enough time spent providing a thorough evaluation.
The office is very well kept and had great up to date technology/ equipment and tools. We felt very confident in the care given and with the comprehensive evaluation that was completed. There are a wide selection of eyeglasses available to choose from. The hours are so convenient and doable for working parents/ school age children. Just really so many positive things, and we are so very happy to have found this practice. Both Dr. Rao and Dr. Deng were absolutely wonderful!

Dr. Rao was clear in explaining exam results, as well as expectations for my child moving forward. Had to switch to a new eye doctor because my old one retired, and this was the closest office to me. This place is spectacular. Plenty of room to park, the inside is clean and very zen and the two ladies at the front desk are so nice and personable. I immediately felt very comfortable. When I went back to see Dr.Rao, I could tell immediately that she knew exactly what she was talking about when going over my eye exam. She was easy to understand and very knowledgeable and thorough with the exam. Can't wait for my next appointment!
