I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a pair of Michael Kors glasses just two months ago, and they already broke. This is actually my second pair that has broken in a short amount of time since this location moved. The quality has gone way down ever since they stopped making the glasses in-house -- the new distributors clearly use cheap, fragile materials, yet the prices keep going up. When I went back for help, I was told the 30-day warranty had already passed and was immediately offered to buy another frame instead of any real solution. I had to beg for them to tape my glasses together just so I could drive home safely. Thankfully, one kind associate finally helped tape them, but the other two (including the one who sold me the glasses) just stared at me the entire time. To make matters worse, I was never told about the extended warranty option when I originally picked up my frames only during check out. It's also funny I see a review here that the 30 day warranty was pushed for another customer! So be careful they pick and choose who they want to help. Overall, terrible customer service, poor product quality, and no accountability. After two broken pairs in such a short time, I will not be coming back to LensCrafters.

I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters. From start to finish, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The assessment was very thorough, and I was honestly amazed by how detailed and comprehensive the exam was. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to walk me through every step, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions. I felt truly listened to and never rushed. I left feeling confident in my care and very pleased with the entire experience. Highly recommend!

The team lead, Dee Lee, provided exceptional service. She was proactive and willing to assist me. She was very knowledgeable as she was able to answer all of my questions and give me her honest opinion on the eyeglass frames that I tried on. She was also quite kind, friendly and courteous. She was professional and exhibited excellent communication skills. I would work with her in the future and would recommend anyone to transact business with her.

I recently visited LensCrafters to pick up a new set of frames and have another pair repaired. I was very happy with the service Mollie provided me! Genuinely friendly and professional. She skillfully fixed my glasses while offering helpful advice about repairing frames at home. The employees here are fantastic!

Well i have been to this store twice in the past 30 days. I can customer service in all the employees i have had an encounter with is 5 star. I have only been there to adjust some sunglasses for my vacation. I will be going back there to purchase ny sunglasses from now on. Thanks to the staff

I've been trying to reach the LensCrafters eye doctor's office for weeks, leaving multiple messages with no response. After completing my eye exam and paying for their services, getting in touch with anyone has been nearly impossible. There's no follow-up and no sense of care for their patients. Very disappointing experience -- I recommend going elsewhere if you value good communication and customer service.

I cannot recommend the Wethersfield location of Lenscrafters/Rathjens enough! I have been coming here for all of my Optometric needs for the past 14 years and the staff have always been extremely helpful, friendly, and professional! Not to mention a clean, well-lit and well stocked storefront.
