Had a great experience from the doctor I saw, Dr. Eng to the help I got on the floor picking out glasses. The woman up front were lovely, so helpful and I did not feel rushed at any time. Highly recommend.

I had the worst experience there. They actually gave me the wrong prescription and they would not help me. I had to go to another place and spend again money for another eye exam that was completely different than the one he gave me.

I had a wonderful experience at Pearle Vision. As soon as I walked in they approached and offered help or time. At first I took the time so I could look around and see what the selection looked like. But when it became evident that I was struggling to pick out some frames, they stepped in and helped. Not one but two associates. They offered me excellent advice and wonderful suggestions. Their selection was vast enough to satisfy any discerning client. I could not recommend this place any more emphatically. They were professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They took time to explain things and offered suggestions on how to get the most out of my new prescription and my beautiful new frames. My order was ready within days and when I went to pick it up, it was another terrific experience. The kind of personal attention I received at Pearle vision is something I have not experienced much of in the last handful of years, so it was a lovely surprise. What's even better is that I went to a place that I frequented for my previous vision needs and I was treated so dismissively there that I took my business elsewhere. Had I not had that negative experience to begin with I never would've found this gem of a place. If you're ever in need of vision care or new glasses, I recommend checking them out. I don't think you'll be disappointed. And the compliments I've received since getting my new frames, only reinforced my decision to go here.

I needed my favorite Burberry glasses repaired on a Saturday and Ted and Rachael were outstanding and professional at repairing them in 30 minutes! I also purchased another pair of Ray Bans glasses on the spot that were exactly what I needed for driving. Also in 30 minutes while I waited. The expertise of the manager at pricing with my insurance saved me over $700 dollars. I recommend Pearl Vision in Milford to anyone in the New Haven area. Right off I-95

The staff is Excellent here. I immediately found frames that I love and they were ready in less than a week. When I went to pick them up Ted and Ava were there to greet me and were super helpful. I highly recommend this location for your Vision needs.

It's my go to place for a new glasses or contacts. There is wide frames selection and outstanding service. In shop ophthalmologist is an added benefit. I highly recommend Dr Eng for eye exam and Ted for new frame fitting service.

Kind staff was able to help me replace my contacts when I was visiting from out of town and forgot to pack my contacts from home. They really went out of their way to help me with order delivery and getting an emergency set for my visit - Thank you!
