Located in the Walmart parking lot. Plenty of parking. Nobody in the front for the first few minutes. After that, I was checked in and brought in for exam quickly. The technician doing the testing was thorough and friendly. There is not always a doctor in the office. My visit with Doctor Pham was over a zoom call after all tests were done by the tech. Doctor was very nice and friendly. I know some people are not comfortable with not having the doctor in the office. I felt that way at first. I guess this is the way healthcare in general is going to cut costs. I do not feel I got any less care by seeing the doctor through Zoom because all testing was done in the office. The tech did mention it has not been as busy since the office stopped taking state insurance. In some cases, same-day appointments are available now.

I had an excellent experience at MyEyeDr in New Milford. Dr. John Wayawotzki is very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything to me in a way I could clearly understand. He was professional, patient, and genuinely friendly, which made the whole eye exam feel comfortable instead of rushed. The staff was also great - everyone I dealt with was welcoming, helpful, and polite from the moment I walked in until I left. You can tell they care about their patients and enjoy what they do. Overall, I highly recommend this MyEyeDr location if you're looking for a doctor and team who know what they're doing and treat you with respect.

Awesome experience and everyone was very helpful happy and professional but very genuine . I Was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly it went and had no wait time what so ever and a good selection of glasses for me insurance covered about 15 different choices and many more if you had money you wanted to upgrade the choices for I think would have been 40 bucks just to get a few more choices about 15 additional choices on top the free ones. Made it in and out in total about 1 hour tops .my technician who performed the various tests and worked the technical components of connecting to a virtual meeting with a doctor was so weird but the tech had clearly been around a while cuz no hiccups whatsoever ever.. wish I remembered her name .. oh well, everyone was very helpful and I would Highly recommend, good job everyone. Only downside is now it realize how freaking blind I actually am I have a two week wait before I will be able to pickup my frames from them but that's just normal for anywhere

Had to switch to this My Eye Dr because the one on 202 stopped taking my insurance. Before my very first visit 2 years ago Barbara called me and asked "if I wanted to keep my appointment because I wasn't eligible to receive new eyeglasses". I told her absolutely, I know how it works and I told her, not that it was her business, that I'm a diabetic and need to have my eyes checked every year!!! Just yesterday, I had my ringer turned off due to a bad migraine. Apparently, My Eye Dr left a message stating that if I did not confirm my appointment by 3 pm that it would be cancelled. When I heard the message and called them at 4:30 pm, I was told "no appointment". I already had confirmed the appointment on Monday when I called the office and through their many emails and text messages!!! They'd rather have non Medicaid insurance patients there, very discriminating there!!! I will be making other complaints as should everyone else that gets snobby service!!! I'd give zero stars but they force people to give at least one.

These people were awesome! Had an easy exam, was able to chat about the holidays during the exam, had help picking out glasses. The whole experience was great! Would recommend for anyone looking for their yearly checkup

Absolutely terrible experience. "Virtual" eye exam to send images to the doctor at home? Are you kidding me?? And they charge you extra for it. If you need to see an eye doctor in this area, STAY FAAAAR AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE!!!!! Disgusted.

Honestly better than Park Ln .Here they schedule quickly, also offer free coffee variety kind and tea yes! Variety of frames plan cover it. Very educated personal my surprise with the family today! Good job.

Erin was very knowledgeable, super nice and very professional. The whole staff was a joy to be around.
