You will wait probably close to 15-30 minutes (or more) for any appointment. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time for my exam. Then because they are running behind, you are rushed through your questions and eye exam. To make it better, they would not give me my prescription for my contacts until I've worn them for a week and had to come back, where I waited again well past my appointment time. I've been trying a different eye doctor every year almost just to find one that takes the time and actually makes you feel like they took the time to get your prescription right. This place unfortunately falls at the very bottom of the list. The best part of this entire office is their front of office staff is friendly, and does their part efficiently and quickly.

Good service. Seemed a little quick like I didn't have much time to choose what I liked. Idk. Being black and shopping is difficult at times. You get treated a certain way. When I went back i met dr Jenkins and might I say she is amazing. She's good with explaining things, she's patient , she's HOT ! I would love to really get to know her full personality if I had the opportunity. Overall a great experience and a great woman. I want to see her again just for the energy I don't need an exam or anything

I love Dr Jenkins! We have great conversations, he explains everything clearly-no pun intended! My only complaint is that I am not given an itemized bill/receipt or even told what the charges are so that would be helpful if they would do that. Otherwise, I am always referring people to Dr. Jenkins.

I was met by Teresa who is the doctors assistant and she was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Once I finished with Teresa, doctor Jenkins was friendly and informative. The whole exam took less than half an hour and I was pleased with the results.

The eye exam was great and the doctor was able to take pictures of my eyes. I was very comfortable and happy to have someone that was willing to work with me. It was a great experience I would go back, I haven't had my eyes tested in 5 years, and the doctor didn't make me feel bad for not going, just telling me the importance of keeping up with my eyes checked. I will be 40 this year so it was a great experience for 2020. The staff was very kind in assisting in my eye exam.
