I had a really positive experience at MyEyeDr. I originally picked out a pair of frames that I ended up not liking once I got them home. Since I was still within the 30-day window, they made the exchange process simple and stress-free. They let me swap for something at the same price, or pay the difference if I chose a more expensive pair. Aaron helped me with the exchange, and he was great -- patient, clear, and genuinely focused on helping me find something I actually liked. The store also always has good music, which makes the whole visit feel a lot more relaxed. Overall, smooth process, good vibes, and solid customer service.

Amazing and fast process. Dr. Roffer, OD was so throughout and realized my previous doctors have been making my prescriptions too strong. So he knocked my prescription down and as time goes by he will adjust as needed. The gentleman that helped me pick my glasses out was very helpful as to recommending certain glasses that looked nice on me. Glasses came in quick! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place, very clean and welcoming.

MeEyeDr in Newington has fabulous staff. I look forward to seeing Dr Roffer as we discuss treatment to help improve vision. Aaron was a joy and helped me understand my vision plan's benefits. I was able to grab a new frame and progressive lens at a fraction of the cost of retail. Very happy with this location for the past few years.

Ordered safety glasses on 12/10/25, was going to be ready in a week. After 3 weeks called them we will have them by mid January. Mid January called them said will be in next week which came and went. On 1/22/26 I called them and they said the company doesn't make the frame anymore. They dropped the ball big time. Not even a call to advise us! Don't use CS is terrible.

I had such a great experience at this eyeglasses store! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The entire team made the process smooth and enjoyable, and I felt well taken care of. A special shoutout to Dan--he was amazing! Super helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process. I absolutely love my new glasses--they fit perfectly and look great. Great experience here with getting an eye exam and new glasses. Sylvia was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect pair for myself.

I've been purchasing glasses and contacts with this location for over 12 years. Last year I needed to purchase more contacts, however they told me I needed to do an annual contact lens fitting before I could purchase more. So I made an appointment to do the contact lens fitting, however they mislead me into doing a regular eye exam. I thought this was normal procedure for contact lens fitting. I have a regular eye doctor that I go to and had an exam just a few months previous to this appointment, so I would not ask for an eye exam. Now they are billing me for an eye exam that they told me would be a contact lens fitting appointment. General manager Ashley did a poor job reaching out to me and discussing the matter. I have hopes that we can resolve the issue so I can continue giving my business to you as I have for over a decade. EDIT - Sarah from the Patient Relations department provided exceptional assistance in resolving my issue. Her quick, efficient service and excellent communication skills made the process smooth and stress-free. Took me over a year to post. I went to get my eyes checked. When I booked the appointment, I was not informed about them needing my old prescription info to order new contacts. The doctor there was upset, because I didn't have the so-called information about my old lenses. I never experienced such confusion. I had to search my email in my phone. After getting the information, the doctor then determined what contacts to recommend. I have insurance and even with that, the whole thing, which included contacts and glasses were expensive. My order can in, but they didn't notify me. I had to contact them to see if it was in. It was my first and definitely my last time being there. They do things completely differently there.
