Patricia Aucello, OD

I have had 2 bad experiences with Dr. Patricia Aucello, all around scheduling. The most recent was when I booked the first appointment of the morning - 9:00am. A few minutes after arriving for the appointment, I was told: "Dr. Aucello just texted that she is running late this morning due to traffic and she won't be in until at least 9:30." No apology, no offer to reschedule the appointment at my convenience, other than to say "You're the first appointment, so Dr. Aucello will see you when she gets in." The reason I scheduled the first appointment of the day was because the last time I saw Dr. P. Aucello was an afternoon appointment where I waited 45 minutes before I was seen because a previous appointment had run over. They first called the name for the person scheduled after me, and I had to remind them that I had been waiting for nearly an hour. I think Dr. Aucello is a competent doctor. But as a service provider, her lack of consideration for my time is unacceptable. It's time to move on to another eye doctor.

Very convenient location, friendly/ professional staff and very clean office. I came here for the first time and was seen right away, didn't even have to sit and wait at all. Large variety of different style glasses to choose from. Highly recommend.
