Best experience ever getting glasses. Ken explained all my options and taught me more about my prescription and why I was having issues with my old glasses better than anyone has ever done. He was able to figure out why I was having problems seeing well and explained how he would be able to fix it-and he did! I wish I could give him more that 5 stars. Truly knowledgeable.

I have had a horrible experience with this business. I canceled an order for glasses back in December and was told on December 4th I would receive a refund in two weeks. Since I can never get a live person to answer the phone I have left numerous voicemails and emails requesting the refund. I have been given the run around by more than one person and continue to be told the refund check is in the mail. Last voicemail left by Chris on February 19th said I should receive the refund check within the next two weeks. It is now March 15th and still no check!!!! This is ridiculous!! It is now almost 4 months since I canceled the order and have yet to get my refund for almost $700. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!
