Walmart Vision & Glasses

It was my first time @ this location and was greeted by Rebecca. She was very professional, understanding and her customer service is top notch. I was not sure of what tint I wanted for my lenses, she was patient, compassionate and assisted me all through the process. This was my first stop, as I was going to compare prices with other eye vision centers, but I was very pleased @ the service and price that I went with this location. Thanks again to Rebecca.

It is impossible to get any answers according to Kim in the front when she's not raising her voice or trying to act like she is of superior Intelligence and doesn't bother listening to the patients treats ppl like garbage they just can't leave reviews . Went to the same place always one issue or another but location and immediate opening and my daughter who has gone through trauma has issues going to new places. The doctor had no issues with insurance all the way through now I've spent a year jumping through hoops to get them the info they claimed they needed from a person that abandoned my daughter and made me a single dad . I finally get it and my daughter was relieved to finally have her appointment and that nasty person Kim at the front desk just kept raising her voice over mine everytime I tried to ask a question yet she had no answers and refused to let me speak to the doctor that she even lied about him being there .. there is something shadey going on I think and I'm gonna be contacting the state to do some investigating . They won't take insurance bc she has 2 insurances even though they take and have taken and have never even said anything about the other till last year I can't pay cash bc she has insurance ..SHE CANT SEE WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM KIM. I HOPE TO ADD A HAPPY ENDING TO THIS BUT WE WILL SEE IF THE DOCTOR REPLIES OR THERES SOMETHING NOT RIGHT GOING ON

Walmart Vision Center is the only place I go to get my glasses. I have never had any problems, even when my glasses broke in half. They replaced them within minutes with no questions asked. (They were still under warranty) I give a 5 star review cuz of the great service they provide.

Super easy all the way around. The doctor is very nice . Highly recommend making an appointment to get all of your eye needs taken care of

They were very clean and followed procedures with sanitizing and wearing masks and making sure to have sanitizer on hand. I think they are great i use them every time i need vision tests and new glasses.

The best! Dr. Mark Yorgensen will treat you like you are family right away - and ALL staff are just absolutely wonderful and accommodating :) 3+ years and I don't imagine going anywhere else Ps Kathleen & Kim rock

Always good service and good value. Sarah helped me find the best frames today. She was extremely helpful and patient.
