The experience I had at this location was beyond amazing. The employees were very, very pleasant compassionate on point. I had an amazing experience. The eye doctor was beyond amazing the general manager she's a blessing those employees there are beyond amazing. I hope this company appreciates them because this is the location, though that I will continue to come and send everybody that I do know to come to this location. I've never seen some service like this in all my life at an optical. Or eyeglass place very professional

These people completely disregarded the fact that I was a boy and gave me girl glasses and told me "I'll fit don't worry" I have never felt so violated as a human being in my life. Never come here, they should get new staff.

This establishment is a disorganized dump, and they never call you back, how hard is it to put a sticky note on your desk to call a patient back and actually do your job. Other office's don't do that. They also have a high turn over rate w/ the doctor's. I wouldn't recommend this eye doctor.

I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience at this eye doctor's office! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Despite it being right before the holidays--a notoriously hectic time--they fit me in at the last minute without hesitation. What truly stood out was the warmth and kindness of the entire staff. They made me feel welcomed and at ease, which was especially important since this was an urgent matter for me. My recent prescription had been too strong, and it was critical to get it adjusted. The doctor took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and addressed them with such professionalism and care. I left feeling confident in my vision and incredibly grateful for their dedication to patient care. If you're looking for an eye doctor who genuinely cares and provides exceptional service, I highly recommend them!

Rachel at the Ridgefield location is the reason why we use My Eye Dr. she is so friendly and kind and our entire family of 5 loves her! The rest of the staff is lovely as well, but Rachel has taken care of us every time and she's been so helpful and so amazing to deal with! She's gone above and beyond to help me with any request I've had. Thank you Rachel!

I went there today. Met Rachel and Sybil o the front desk. They were very nice and friendly which is wonderful as soon as you walk into any establishment. I also met Kelly who was just as pleasant and did a thorough job checking my eyes. Doctor M did my eye exam and also did a thorough job.

A warning to readers. Last year June 2022 I had polarized grey lenses put on existing frames. I paid over $200 for them.I didn't wear them that much until this year when I noticed blotchy coloration, particularly when looking at my cell phone screen. If you were to look at the lenses, you wouldn't see any defects maybe because they are polarized. But when I place them on my laptop screen with a white background, you can clearly see there are problems with the coating. I found nothing on the website or on my invoice guaranteeing work so I'm not hopeful that the shop will address the problem. I'm prepared to hear "too bad, you waited too long."

We had the best experience here! My son broke his new glasses at school and then happened to be out of contacts. I called My Eye Dr and they helped us out right away by replacing the glasses completely and also giving us 10 days worth of contacts for free. They helped us out so much on what had been a stressful day. They have our business going forward!!
