Dr. Krasniqui is fantastic. She's detailed, smart and diligent. I have a unique very high myopia eye prescription and went to 3 other doctors before finding Dr. Krasniqui for both cataract and glaucoma surgery. She is cautious, responsive, spends time explaining and then listens. One of her assistants I recall her name is Lovely, presents professionalism and confidence. I'm so happy I found this office.

We have used Ridgefield Eye and DR Krasniqi many times, and they are simply the best. Working on cars, even with proper eye wear, sometimes rust or debris will get into your eye, Very Dangerous! Unfortunately, this has happened to myself and a few of my staff members from time to time, Dr. Krasniqi has always made time for us, even at the end of the day on a friday. They are so professional, their office is neat and clean, and i wouldnt think of going anywhere else!

I would give 0 stars if possible. We brought our child there and she barely even inspected her, gave no remedies, then proceeded to tell us she actually is not a pediatric ophthalmologist. But she took on the appointment and charged us for the visit anyway. This just feels fraudulent. If you are not a pediatric doctor, then you should have not taken the appointment. Her manners were also terrible and was so rude to both the adult and child.
