Swan Vision Optometry

I've met with both Dr. Edmund Swan and Dr. Kathryn Swan. They are both professional and impressively competent. They were patient with me and so good with my children! I really felt cared for by them and by their staff. The staff makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Also, I love the art work in the hallway. Their kids made it! Makes me feel good knowing I'm taking my family to a family focused business like Swan Vision. Plus, I'm really loving these new glasses!

I recently brought my 7 yo son in for his first eye exam and I was blown away how amazing it went! My son has ADHD and is very hyperactive and curious. Dr Swan was so patient and kind with him. Answered all his questions, all while keeping him focused on the task at hand. I had my other 3 children with me, and was constantly in and out of the exam room, which didn't seem to be an issue as Dr. Swan had it under control with my oldest. He even included my other boys when they had a question or wanted to try on the test glasses or the real glasses. When it came time to try on glasses it got chaotic, as all the kids wanted to try things on. Dr. Swan and staff were calm, cool and collected (I wasn't) and didn't seem to be phased by it. I will definitely be recommending them to all my mom friends with kiddos who need glasses! Phenomenal!

Yesterday I went in to see Dr. Swan for my annual exam and lens fitting. His office staff administered the tests and photos of the eye. During the exam which was normal, Dr. Swan saw an issue with one of my eyes that was serious. He referred me to a specialist who could have seen me within hours. Since I couldn't accommodate that, I went the next morning. The retina specialist completed a more in depth exam and confirmed Dr.Swan's diagnosis. Within 30 minutes the specialist had completed a laser procedure which undoubtedly saved the vision in my eye. Dr. Swan's vigilance and thorough exam is credited with saving my vision.

OMG love the selection of glasses here. And Sally is beyond great in helping select and size a pair. Today I thought I was going to have to buy a new pair because I crushed mine and the arm came off. Turns out this was not a standard attachment and she was able to fix on the spot. Knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonable. Won't go anywhere else.

Great place! My whole family come here for annual eye exams and all 4 of us are happy with the service. Edmund is great! We haven't seen Katheryn yet.

Incredible experience. Went for my daughter's eye exam. Gail got us checked in really quickly and the whole experience took less than a half hour but was easier and more informative than any eye exam I have ever been a part of. I'm switching over to this office for myself and I'm kicking myself for not finding them sooner.
