From the moment Alberto stepped in to help me, I felt like I was in the best hands. He was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He walked me through so many different styles and options without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. It honestly felt like he cared just as much about finding the right pair for me as I did!
After trying on quite a few, I finally found a pair that felt perfect--and I wouldn't have gotten there without Alberto's help. By the end of it all, I was so appreciative I gave him a hug! It's rare these days to meet someone in customer service who truly goes the extra mile, but that's exactly what he did.

Jenna was extremely patient with me (I couldn't decide which glasses I wanted) she helped me pick out a pair that worked well with my face size and shape (which I really needed help with) she was very friendly and down to earth.
