I went to this Harvey and Lewis location today and found the entire staff to be nothing shy of fantastic. I was greeted by Adrienne, and she was able get things started for me right away.
Dr. Aceto was able to see me, I was very comfortable With him because he was able to explain things so that I understood exactly what was going on and appreciate what his thought process was.
Svitlana (pronounced SweetLana) was also thorough and spent the time to explain things and ensure that I made an informed decision.
I am very happy with my decision to come here and I would highly recommend this Harvey & Lewis.

Had an awful experience at this place. Not only they damaged by expensive frame within minutes of dropping it off but staff had the audacity of saying frame was not authentic hence it broke. Instead they should have owned up to it. Never again. If you have a frame that you are not afraid of loosing then go for it.

I cannot say enough positive about Harvey and Lewis at Bishop's Corner in West Hartford. My glasses broke and I did not have the small screwdriver to fix them. I called countless places and they were either not open or would not see me for something like this due to the pandemic. The gentleman at Harvey and Lewis told me to come over and he would look at my glasses and if he could fix them he would. He was able to fix them and would not accept any payment. I cannot say enough about his generosity and kindness. What he did for me says everything about him and his business. I highly recommend them!
