20/20 EyeCare Dr. Ronicha Azard Lin

I need an email address to send requests and notices to. Please provide me that within 24 business hours because that should be available immediately upon request. Ronisha Azard blocked me on facebook without telling me why. There are laws regarding abandoning a patient. She is not providing my records now in accordance to state statutes. I was not trying to request my records through facebook. The point was that Dr. Azard cut me off without notification after telling me I could schedule an appointment. Dr. Azard told me to text a number with the request (which would include my identifying information). Dr. Azard seems to be counting the number of days since I heard back in a text from her. There was no "submission" requesting my records because I have not yet been given a secure way to do that. I am not "texting" a request for my records, that is not allowed. Dr. Azard still has not provided me with a secure way to request my records. There is no website and no way to find this information which needs to be available to patients. It is nearly impossible to get anyone by phone at her office. I have asked for a secure email to submit this information and have not received a response in regards to that question. I must be provided a secure way to submit my records request. I was asking for the email address within 24 hours, not the records.

The location was A plus and the staff was very patient and sweet with my 6 year old daughter. The appointment was not rushed and my little one was able to ask questions and they got answered. I would recommend her especially for kids

If you need an eye doctor look no further! Dr. Azard Lin is simply the best around. I've been coming here for over 5 years and she still remembers visits and conversations from years past. Truly a Dr. that cares!

I have been going here for years! I love the new Doctor. She is very thorough with answering any questions you may have and so sweet to my daughter when I brought her in. I cant leave out that Dawn has always been pleasent and helpful with picking out glasses as well as honest if she didnt like them. I love that!

I was in 20/20 Eye Care for an exam this week and as usual had a very professional yet relaxed appointment. From the delightful always helpful Dawn the Office Manager to the Doctor herself. I have been a patient there many a years and have had nothing but a pleasant time each and every appointment. Even though this year is slightly different with the limited amount allowed within the facility to Dawn disinfecting each and every pair of glasses right after a person tries them on, to the way patience's are scheduled apart. I did have to wait a few minutes passed by appointment time which was alright because it gave me time to look and try on the new trendy frames with the help of Dawn and her keen eye of what frames look good on the face. I recommend 20/20 Eye Care for anyone looking for a great eye Doctor and a warm and friendly environment S. George Windsor, CT

Receptionist is extremely rude and need to work on her customer service skills. My adult son has a disability and she had the nerve to get smart with me not knowing the reasons why he needed my assistance. He stated that the doctor was outstanding and didnt drill him like the receptionist. Please train your front desk staff to welcome all clients with respect and dignity.

Dr. Ronicha Azard Lin is so down to earth a great place if you're looking for a new eye doctor. I will be returning again in the future. I can't wait to get my new glasses!

Been seeing Dr. Price for over 20 years. He is very informative and always shares the latest vision technology with me. It is a very friendly atmosphere in the office. Dawn the Receptionist, is very friendly and knowledable. I dont know what Sara, the previous commenter was talking about. Every office has times where you will wait for a long period of time depending on the situation. Absolutely Recommended for Eye Care in the Area !
