I tried to make an appointment and spoke with Mary. After I told her that I didn't have any eye insurance she told me an exam would be 300.00. I told her I'll have to pay cash.Then she told me they're not taking any more appointments until next year Feb 26. After asking her about seeing a doctor in the Windsor area she said they're short staffed and told me I'll need to go to the Bloomfield office. We sat quietly like she was waiting for me to just hang up but I said nevermind. She wasn't trying to assist me at all. I will definitely say to the public....go to your local optometrist. Don't let any company treat you like you don't matter. In fact Walmart is very professional. I'll drive to Manchester!

Dr. Amanda Bilunas and the tech who worked on me were great but the front desk receptionist was not friendly. It's also difficult to find the office from the outside as there is no sign board outside.

I have always found Dr Pasternak to be professional and kind. I wish him well on his upcoming retirement. I have to mention I believe the waiting area seat upholstery either needs a deep clean or replacement (more likely replacement given the years of use). There are some seat cushions that appear to have been soiled by individuals who have come for appts or their friends/family accompanying them. Trust me, it is quite noticeable. Cleaning may not be enough - they do appear to be faded and worn. This is where you welcome your patients. Please remember it is a first impression you make.

The woman the front desk who comes on Thursdays and Fridays is soooo lame! Every time she sees you she doesn't want to help. I don't know what's wrong her mood. It's always grumpy. Hey if you don't want to work at the front desk, go home! Don't work, your not working for people, your working for your own greed. Honestly every time! It really sucks.
