I went to get a new prescription and get a routine check up for my eyes because as an adult my vision has gotten worse and the last pair of glasses did not help whatsoever. Everyone in the office was so friendly and Dr.Levasseur was incredibly kind and thorough with the exam and he was really nice to talk to and have a conversation with during the exam most doctors are kind of stand offish to me because I'm covered in tattoos but he treated me like a person and listened to my concerns about my sight, my glasses came in less than a week after my appointment and I'm absolutely astounded at how well he got the perfect prescription for me, like I said the last pair I had from another doctor wasn't correct so being able to actually see clearly for the first time in years has been amazing even though it's been a day. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new optometrist!! Thank you guys again!!

I thought everyone in the front office was very nice and welcoming. When I saw the Dr. he made me feel very comfortable.He was professional and answered any questions I had regarding contact lens fitting. I'm happy to say that I have an optometrist that I can trust and feel comfortable with.

Receptionists were very nice and helpful and it was easy to book appointments and the wait was not long. However, the doctor was not very helpful and seldom offer alternative approaches to problems. Every time I came with dry eyes problem, he just gave me a bunch of eye drops and then the appointment was done. One time I asked him if the fee for the contact fitting can be decreased a little since I just took the trial pairs and did not go to the checkup. I was hoping that he would at least hear me out and we can talk through it, but his temperament got the better of him and he refused to be my doctor from then on. All I wanted was to talk through and see if anything can be done about the fee and if he had just done that, then politely say no, then I would pay the fee in the end. The overreaction on his part was completely uncalled for and unnecessary and I was deeply insulted. A doctor is supposed to be reasonable and accommodating, but I guess he just is not familiar with any of those traits. Thus, do not go to him unless you are looking for a temperamental, unreasonable, unhelpful, and rude optometrist. On the bright side, if you do decide to go to him, you will be well accommodated by his respectful receptionists. He should learn some people skills from them.

Dr. Levasseur was extremely unprofessional and got extremely angry with me when I asked to not have my eyes dilated. He screamed at me telling me he could not perform the exam unless they were dilated. I've had them dilated before and I'm a healthy 25yr old. I will never go back to that office! I couldn't believe the unprofessionalism from him.

Dr Levasseur has been my eye Dr for 15+ years. Always gives a good checkup. Friendly staff in the office too. Highly recommend them.

Dr Levasseur is professionally sound and his experience is evident, with a good kind heart, staff is helpful and caring.

The staff and doctor are very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be coming back regularly.
