James Boyland, OD

Dr. Boyland is a great doctor. He's very knowledgeable and really cares about his patients. For years he's been recommending that I get glasses to protect my right eye, as I'm blind in my left. He's very persistent in making sure that I protect my eyes. I finally did get a pair of glasses & now wear them often. I highly recommend Dr. Boyland if you're looking for a doctor that cares about your wellbeing and can provide you with great eye care.

Dr. Boyland is one of the best eye doctor's I've ever been to. He's very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things in the simplest way. He's great with engaging children and getting them to be apart of the exam. He made one of my daughters curious about becoming an eye doctor. I've never had any issues or complaints with the office or staff. I have also found that the lab they send glasses to is a bit better than lens crafters at the mall. I would highly recommend!

From the eye doctor to the receptionists. I'm impressed with the service I received in choosing eyewear that I could afford on a fixed income. My puppies chewed my glasses and I only have one lens. I called the store and spoke with a young women named Holiday. Keep in mind everyone introduced themselves but I am remiss for not remembering. Holiday was helpful when I asked if my glasses could be expedited. She very simply said she would talk to her manager and I could call back today. I haven't called as of yet, but it makes no never mind as to that outcome. The assistance I received in an extremely busy office was outstanding. You are better off finding another Eye Doctor. Patient care at the front part of the office is horrible with constant turnover of staff. Two in person visits and numerous phone attempts with no call backs and I still don't have my records transferred to the Glaucoma specialist they recommended.

This is for the doctor ONLY! It crazy how you put reviews of a place on a person. Reading is definitely fundamental because the reviews are very true. He's amazing, but the staff is hit or miss. They got worse after Covid. I haven't been back since.

Dr Boyland is the best! He's very nice and takes the time to answer any question you have. The staff is hit or miss.

The doctor is great but the staff really needs to be more knowledgeable, give assistants proper training before first day on job

Loved the Dr. there but have the most rude staff there unprofessional they need training on how to speak to customers , I would never take my son back or go back there again....
