This was truly, and when I say truly, I mean from the bottom of my heart, an amazing place to go for care. I had a terrible accident involving my left eye. My friend accidentally tore a large portion of my cornea, and at first I tried to tough it out and let it heal on its own. But the pain became so intense that I couldn't handle it anymore. My wife called a friend, who recommended MYEYEDR in Bear. We called right away and they got me in for an appointment quickly. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. They didn't just treat my eye , they truly cared about what I was going through. Dr. Renee Pogrebneak was incredible!!!! Thanks to her and the team, my eye is healing and I'm able to see and function normally again. I'm truly grateful, and I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs eye care. AGAIN THAK YOU Dr.Renee YOUR THE BEST !

I loved it here the staff was amazing. I had a small scheduling issue and it was fixed immediately. Everyone was patient and kind. I appreciate the Dr. she was knowledgeable and informative. The front desk Melissa, rock star ! Jacquelyn was so nice and funny, Jessica the General Manger, hats off to you for jumping and jumping out. She was helpful, but also trusts her staff and didn't micromanage, 10/10 recommend!

I had a lovely visit at My Eye Dr in Bear, De. I walked in and was welcomed with a warm smile and greeting by the gentleman behind the front desk. Every employee I interacted with was super kind and helpful. Even workers whom I did not directly engage with offered kind smiles as they walked past. All of my concerns were addressed and I left feeling taken care of and appreciated. Looking forward to coming back to pick up my lenses ! This was definitely a feel good visit. Special shout out to Jacquelynn for spreading love and laughs today. Her customer service was unique, engaging, patient and above all HUMAN !! 10/10 would recommend. Thank you guys.

I have been a patient at MyEyeDr. for a few years now, and have been extremely pleased with the service I receive there. Earlier in the week, I stopped by to see if someone could fix the rubber eye piece on one side of my glasses, as it had broken off, and I had lost it.. Jessica Marshall, the General Manager, went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of my need! After 20 minutes of trying absolutely everything she knew to save my having to buy a new pair of glasses, she fixed the eyepiece and my glasses are as good as new! I was thoroughly impressed with her care, concern, and professionalism! Thank you, Jessica!

Had a great experience at my eye doctor in Bear, Delaware. The staff was very nice and helpful from start to finish. Special shoutout to Jacquelyn--she was patient and diligent helping me choose frames and made sure I found the best fit for me. Highly recommend!

I'm so thoroughly pleased after my first visit as a new patient! From the easy online appointment scheduling, the appointment reminder notice, the online registration process, friendly greeting by staff, on time appointment once on site, friendly and professional technician, retinal imaging option (so much better then dilating the eyes), extremely thorough Dr (Boyland) who explained things NEVER explained to me before at other practices, along with his amazing personality and demeanor, to the fitting staff (Shelita) who thoroughly reviewed my frame pricing options, fitted me for glasses and processed payment. Best practice I've been to since I started wearing glasses about ten years ago. So glad I found you and specifically, the Bear, DE location! Forgive me for not remembering the name of the front desk staff and technician.

Dr. Tata is amazing as always she takes her time and make sure her patient is heard. Also, I had the most pleasant experience with Shelita Jones. Shelita has such a positive personality as she navigated 3 different desks with assisting multiple patients. Shelita was truly amazing, as she helped me with the concerns I had regarding my eyewear purchase. I appreciate her hard work and I hope that MyEyeDr does too.

I have been waiting 7 weeks for my glasses - 4 weeks past the original date given to me after my eye exam appt. I have encountered incompetence, misinformation, delays. excuses of all kinds. I can echo most of the complaints in other reviews from Ms.Breanna Kulesza, Shanay Mitchell, Monique Hawkins, and Mr. Dan Frost, Raymond Herman, and others. And I've been waiting 2 hours now for a call back from the manager. The last date for getting my glasses is next week - after 8 weeks total! Any bets on more delays and excuses? And will I get a call back? Horrible customer service. Will only return to see Dr. Boyland. Will NEVER get glasses there (Bear,DE) again.
