My son and I had a great experience here. The staff was very patient with him when he had a hard time understanding what they were asking him to do. The whole visit went smoothly, and we didn't have to wait long at all, even though they were short-staffed. My son picked out the cutest glasses, and they were pretty affordable too! I would definitely recommend this place.

I also want to mention after reading the other reviews I am sorry someone felt the office staff was less than caring but I did not find that, I felt they were efficient and helpful. If they talk amongst themselves It doesn't really bother or concern me. They do great at their jobs and that's all that matters. Thanks to everyone!

I've been a patient at Delaware Eye Care Center for many years, and I've always had a great experience. The team is consistently thorough, professional, and welcoming. I highly recommend them. Recently, Dr. Semenick diagnosed a new condition for me and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and how we'd address it. Her calm, easy-to-understand approach immediately put me at ease.

I had an excellent experience at Delaware Eye Care Center. The staff was professional, efficient, and genuinely welcoming from check-in through checkout. The optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions without rushing. The facility was clean, modern, and well-organized, and the appointment ran right on schedule. I felt confident in the care I received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for high-quality, patient-focused eye care.

I have been attempting to resolve an issue with the Optical Department since December without success. I visited the Old Rudnick Lane location on three separate occasions and spoke with Veronica each time. While waiting there, Veronica contacted Kristin (Supervisor), who indicated she would return my call. However, I never received a follow-up. I also used the "Contact Us" feature on their website and received a call from Sakina (Office Manager), which I missed. I returned Sakina's call and left two messages, but did not receive a response. Additionally, I left two messages with Karen (General Manager) with no reply. Recently, I visited the S. Governors Ave. location and spoke with Kristin (Supervisor), who explained she did not return my call because she was waiting for her manager to contact me. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response. The lack of response from a manager is unprofessional and concerning.

I want to thank everyone at Delaware Eye Care for their help and support in my recent visit. Everyone was very helpful and professional. They were very accommodating with me because I was in a wheelchair and they went above and beyond to make sure that they were able to administer all the tests that were required. I appreciate all their kindness.

My appointment went seamless because of wonderful the Delaware Eye Care Center staff! An excellent yearly visit with a good report of eyes being in good health! Yay! See you next year!
