I had a great experience at the Delaware eye care center on Governors Ave in Dover, DE. From the staff in the front to the staff in the back, I was treated with respect and kindness. I love the diversity, the family oriented setting, and the small intimate space. I don't feel like 1 of 100. I feel like 1 of 1. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the front desk staff. How helpful they were with customers who couldn't use the check-in kiosk. Dr. Doyle, although stoic and his energy can be off putting was very truthful with my diagnosis and handled my eye case with care. We had a fun time today. Though short staffed and rescheduled, everything went smoothly once our appointment was started. Happy to see there are more cushioned seats for us older folks. Those iron mesh seats can be a bit rough after twenty minutes on the old bones. The staff was very personalible as always. The usual wait times were minor due to limited amount of patients. Dr. Magallanez was very thorough and caring. Explaining very diligently our condition.

I love seeing Dr underwood, she's very attentive and answers any questions I may have. But upon arrival, I went to the front desk to check in and b4 I could even speak I immediately got told to go to the kiosk behind me, no customer service skills at all. Then the red head was having a conversation with another employee saying how people done like her.. that's not a conversation I would like to hear!

After he examined my eyes and diagnosed the problem, he described what exactly was going on, and then advised me on how to take care of my eyes at home. Dr. Doyle also had a prescription sent to my local pharmacy. I am very grateful to Dr. Doyle and his staff for helping me today. Everyone was very kind, caring, and very efficient.
