They have one scheduling number that apparently schedules multiple locations. I arrived for my 8:40 appt ten minutes early, waited till three minutes after my appt time till someone showed up to open the building, only to learn the scheduler made my appt at the Rehoboth location, an hour from where I live. No other appts available for an entire week. I highly recommend they consider dedicated schedulers for each location to avoid this unacceptable customer service.

I cannot believe these people call themselves "professionals!!". I have been requesting a copy of my perscription for OVER a week and they are rude or telling me NONE of the three different fax numbers provided will work. Really>? BEWARE of any location!! Have called managers and "so called" director and left messages to no avail. I have a daughter that cannot see because they are not capable of faxing her glasses perscription!! This is ridiculous!!
