I just now came out of MyEyeDr. I just had one of the best experiences with a gentleman named Joey. I am a caregiver and I needed some assistance with having my client glasses fixed. I was pretty sure he wasn't going to be able to help me, but he worked his magic and fixed them. Joey took his time and answered any questions that I might have had (plus some) being eager and willing to assist. Leaving out the door I was very happy for my client being that these are her only pair of glasses. Thanks so much Joey!!!

I just want to say I love this MyEyeDr. Location. Dr. Tonozzi is wonderful and always thorough. His nurse (I cannot remember her name) was also wonderful. I had injured my eye over the weekend and called at 8am when they opened and was able to be seen that day. However, the brunette front desk receptionist was kind of snappy and unprofessional. I informed her I had made an emergency appointment over the phone at 8am when I came in for my appointment at 11 and she at first stated that, "We don't do that". I reminded her again that I called earlier, and she finally looked at the schedule and saw me. Also, when i informed her I was Tricare Select, she told me I would need a referral from my PCM and to fax it over because it is a medical appointment. When I informed her I do not need a referral, as I am Tricare Select and it is not required, she shut me down immediately instead of listening. A little listening and patience goes a long way as a receptionist. Otherwise, this is a great location.

By far the best place to get your eyes checked and fitted for glasses. They have a huge selection of frames to chose from. Best part of my experience was the staff, they were awesome and passionate to me as a forever customer. I will recommend this site to any and everyone!!

Love the doctor, front desk staff and nurses! HOWEVER, the young lady who helped me purchase my glasses was nice but after I gave her my credit card, later that day I had a FRAUD ALERT from my bank. This was the only time I used my credit card that day. There was a fraud alert from Staten Island, NY. The bank thinks someone skimmed my credit card numbers. Please look into this if you think it was your employee. If it wasn't, apologies. Thankfully my bank caught but it! Be careful Delaware.

My visit today was spectacular I went in to get my new glasses adjusted, Lindsey the technician was very friendly, helpful plus she got the job done.

Very good was treated with professionalism, respect and dignity for every one. I picked the glasses quickly and I'm very satisfied.

Bella was awesome. Took the time to go over all & every option with our kids. Was so patient & friendly. Answered our kids questions which they had many. Our daughter was unsure of what she wanted & will Bellas help as well as ours she got the pair she wanted. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

The experience I had at MyEye Dr. was welcoming and supportive . The staff members were friendly knowledgeable of their work, helpful and passionate about their job.
