To be honest, I normally blow past surveys, unless I receive horrible care and customer service. But what precipitated me to give my review was my care and treatment. My experience was a familial feel. I felt as if I was being taken care of by my sisters...family members. My treatment was reminiscent of the stellar customer service of the old days, where people genuinely smiled and attend to you. Keep up the good work!

The staff and optometrist Dr. Otojare are awesome. It's always a welcoming, clean, professional and friendly environment. My whole family visits this practice and I am so happy for the experiences we have had with everyone. Thank you ladies for your continued service and high standards of care.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The doctor was amazing. Provided detail explanations of what she is looking for/at, showing me the pictures of my eyes that they took. I did not feel rushed. Finally, their glasses package is a nice price.

Dr. Chinye Otojare is one of the most professional and empathetic providers I've ever met. Highly recommend to those looking for an eye doctor. Procedures and results are well explained, not to mention her kind and caring personality to make you feel so comfortable during the visit. Flexible hours as well.

I read all of the reviews on Google review prior to making my appointment and unfortunately my experience was not as pleasant or as great as most of the people have written in their reviews. Wish that I could say the same because I'm highly disappointed in the fact that I had a poor experience with a black owned business. Doctor Karley is the reason why I gave three stars because she was very nice. However, unfortunately everything else was not up to par so to speak. First of all let me say that if you're disabled or know of someone that is disabled, this is not the office that you want to take yourself or that person. Find a special needs eye doctor or someone that caters to special needs. With that said, my sister who is special-needs I took her to this office based on the reviews and the fact that it was black owned. The staff seemed a little bit nonchalant to me and I didn't get that warm fuzzy feeling. The young lady who assisted the doctor she was pleasant seemed a little bit all over the place but regardless of that I guess she did her best. Typically you have the option to To do an additional eye exam and pay for it out-of-pocket.. Me Knowing that my sister is on a fixed income I just wanted a simple eye exam for her. I checked the box NO. Nothing was said to me from this woman or from the doctor that they're going to perform any extra procedures That would cost X amount of dollars and would have to pay for it yourself. Nothing of the sort was said to us about anything additional, nothing! Apparently they must've did something I don't know, however all I know is when we went to check out, what I assume was her co-pay, they charged her $50. At the time I didn't think anything out of the ordinary however I thought wow this is pretty pricey for a co-pay but I went ahead and paid for it. It bugged me that whole day and then after a day or two, I thought this is really odd I don't think she should be paying $50 for co-pay. After I checked everything out and I looked at her card again and it says co-pay zero dollars. I called her insurance company just to double check to confirm. The woman that I spoke to from the insurance company said to me no she does not have a co-pay it's zero dollars to get a routine eye exam. I said great however we paid a co-pay she asked me how much and when I told her $50 she was flabbergasted. Shocked to say the least. She said wow that's unheard of, that's ridiculous, that's pretty high. The woman then asked me do I want to put in a dispute which I did. A couple of days went by and I realized I never got a receipt for the $50! So I called CedarSee to ask for a receipt and at that point the young lady who I spoke to said to me, they got a call from the insurance company but we decided to just go ahead and reimburse you the funds anyway instead of waiting for this lengthy process. OK, fine that works. She didn't sound too thrilled that I still wanted a receipt. A week went by and I got a letter from my sisters insurance company regarding the dispute and they informed me that CedarSee vision center advised them that I did not present my sister's insurance card and information on the date of service. This is a bold face LIE! The insurance company also advised me that they told them the $50 was for a refraction that was not covered under my sisters plan. At that point I immediately thought of the document that I signed saying NO, she does not want to receive any additional services that would cost her out of pocket. so I called my sister's insurance company back and put in another dispute because apparently this Office is LYING and trying to get away with something. To this day she still has not received her $50 refund that the young lady at the office promised they would be sending to my sister. It is now over a month later. I will not be revisiting CedarSee vision center, I can promise you that! After reading their response, all I have to say is it's a lie to cover up their mistake. It's very sad and so unprofessional.

Doctor and service are Best! Extremely generous! Clear communication and explanatory. Recommended . Couldn't find any better service in Dover, so no regrets to a nice 30 minutes drive in Middletown! We got nice refreshments !

Went to CedarSee as they take Davis Vision. The office manager helped with picking out frames to the lenses. Had a slight adjustment. Fit perfect and are very light weight. Can see great. Recommend this business highly.

I'm a Jersey resident and this location is 100% worth the drive. The level of professionalism and care that my family and I receive is unmatched. The office is welcoming and appealing to the eye. The staff is friendly, supportive and thorough. We always leave with a clear understanding of our current state and ways to improve or manage our optical health moving forward. To top it off, they offer some pretty nice snacks and beverages in the waiting area. If you're ready to level up or need a vision care provider, give CedarSEE a visit. You won't regret it at all.
