Very long wait time. The doctor couldn't get out of there fast enough. Eyeglass lenses were of such poor quality that I couldn't see from side to side. I was told that I would have to spend $300 more for higher quality lenses. I had to go back twice for a contact lenses adjustment because they gave me the wrong prescription. They would not provide me with my eye measurements so that I can get another pair of glasses online. This place is a joke.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jason Moyer for several years. The staff is amazing--from the front desk (including Karen), within the examination rooms (Liz), to the optical department, everyone is caring, personable, and each person takes the time to go the extra mile/above and beyond every time I come in for a visit. I simply can't say enough about the professionalism within the office and Dr. Moyer's tenacity in seeking out specialists for a complex issue I have had with my vision and his overall general care of my eyes (refraction, etc.). I am horrible with names, I wish I could name all of the people who have been kind and a tremendous impact but, you should see for yourself! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The lady who did my examination wasn't the nicest and acted like she just wanted to get it over with. Acted like I was a bother when I couldn't keep my eyes open for the drops. But besides that, the main doctor was kind and the ladies up front are nice!

What a joke , waited a half hour just to be told if I didn't get my eyes dilated I would have to reschedule the entire exam ! Very rude employees . Will not go back !
