Our visit to My Eye Doctors in Milford Delaware was exceptional from start to finish. The moment we walked in, Shelly greeted us with genuine sweetness and professionalism. She was warm, knowledgeable, and made the entire intake process smooth, organized, and surprisingly enjoyable. Her energy set the tone for a truly positive experience. Dr. John Lynch was truly outstanding. This was hands down the best eye appointment we've ever experienced. He was thorough, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we felt comfortable and informed. His calm, professional approach made the entire visit feel effortless. It's rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with such genuine care, but Dr. Lynch absolutely does. When it was time to pick up our glasses, Sharon was just as outstanding. She was patient, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented, making sure everything fit comfortably and looked perfect. Her care made the final step of our visit feel just as thoughtful as the beginning. The entire team was wonderful, kind, efficient, and clearly committed to providing excellent care. It's rare to find an office where every interaction feels this welcoming and well-coordinated. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a place where you're treated with kindness, respect, and genuine care.

Wonderful service from the team! Dr. Iskander was extremely helpful, walking through options with what would be best for me as a software engineer. He mentioned studies, their findings, and what would be best based on them them. Taylor was able to provide some great feedback on what frames fit best and were most stylish. 10/10 Friendliness and service from the team. I will exclusively pick this office in the future provided appointments are available

However, the optical team deserves a huge shot out for their wonderful customer service.They helped me find the perfect frames that fit my face and budget without making me feel rushed. Thank you for making my experience a pleasure.

The Dr was great, but the wait to pick out frames was ridiculous. The selection for mens glasses has seemed to have gotten better though but they wonder why we order on line. Ive got things to do, like getting home. They kept taking people off the street who just walked in. Finally the kind doctor brought out probably her last patient and saw me and asked the folks concerning me and had me sit at one of the sales people's desks and within 10 minutes I was finally able to leave after an hour and a half from my scheduled appointment time..

I have been using My eye doctor for a long time. I have found Doctors , staff etc. very helpful & good. Today, I went to the milford office with my glasses do to my frame bent. I was in & out in like 20 minutes on a saturday.. exceptional & did not have an appointment. Thanks again for all you do

Bad customer service! One appointment doctor had an emergency and had to leave and the staff never notified me that the doctor left the office. She left 5 hours before my appointment!! Today I show up and the receptionist said my appointment was yesterday, no it wasn't! Your receptionist told me it was Friday. Twice now took off work and didn't get seen. While fitting me for contact lenses I was giving the wrong prescription for one eye. I didn't pick it up until I was told I had two prescriptions each eye was different. I said how am I supposed to tell. That's when I knew! Used to be good when Halpern ran the show, sadly not any longer! Very disappointed! Now I have to wait till next year and find another eye doctor because my insurance only covers once a year. I'm filing a complaint with my insurance to see if I can't get a refund on the contact fitting and trials!

If you're looking for a good Eye Dr, this is the place. The Optometrist is very good...knowledgeable, friendly and experienced. The staff are professional and friendly with good customer service. The only downside is the prices for glasses and contacts are way too high. For a typical package which one would expect to pay around $100 -$200 (with insurance), we were quoted around $700. My recommendation is to have your exam here but purchase contacts and glasses online.

This place is incredible, broke my glasses and they replaced my lens into a new but same frame. No questions the girl took care of it and was very friendly. Place is friendly and clean. You will love.
