For my first pair of glasses about a year ago I went in and was charmed by the staff only to learn that the glasses they sold to me could not be repaired. After a week of running around to every optometrist and jewelry store trying to get the arm fixed only to find out due to the frame less design it could not be repaired and when I called in for my prescription so I could look for a new pair I was told I had to go in to the store in person. I would rather be blind then continue this back and forth

Wish I had found Simon Eye Care in Milford sooner. As someone who has worn glasses for many years I have been to several different Optimetrists. I can say that Dr Raber and Simon eye Care in Milford is the best by far. The office is clean, welcoming and well organized. All the people there (sorry, I forgot thier names) are friendly, efficient and pleasant. Dr Rabar is great. He performs and thorough exam and takes time to explain and discuss everything. He does not rush you and answers all questions or concerns. He treats you as a friend and is very likeable. Ally, the Optician suggested the perfect new frames for me. Milford is very fortunate to have Simon Eye Care in their community.

Every doctor, everyone at the check-in counters, every person here is wonderful! I had an emergency and they found a way to get me seen ASAP. They gave me the care I needed and helped restore my eye. Office is clean & everyone that works here is wonderful. Would recommend this practice to anyone!

My first visit to Simon Eye in Milford Delaware was wonderful. Everyone was so very kind and receptive to me the minute I walked through the door for my appointment. The receptionist, the Dr.'s Assistant, the Dr., and the Eyewear Consultant was amazing. The Dr.'s Assistant and the Dr. himself were so very personable to me and spent good quality time with me during my exam. When I was finished with my appointment and went to choose my new glasses the Optical Consultant was so very friendly and helpful. I live in Dover but choose only to come to the Milford location. He is so knowledgeable about many eye conditions and always goes the extra mile. It is hard to find that quality anywhere these days!

M y experience with the Milford office was fine. I was with Vision Quest over 25 years before the merge with Simon Eye. I used to be able to call the office and speak with someone directly. Now you call a switchboard somewhere (who knows) and they ask you 20 questions and still don't want to connect you to your office. Left message Friday. End of day Mon. still no callback. So I called again. Don't think it was Milfords fault. I just don't think they got the message. Doesn't look like customer service is as important to this "big" company.
