Eye Center of Delaware

Although the wait can be long at times , staff is great. The medical staff and assistants are all knowledgable and pleasant .The facility is clean. The doctors care about their patients. The front desk staff are helpful and easy to get along with depending on how they are treated. The glasses department team has definitely helped with picking out new frames and warranties, for when dog wants to play with my glasses, thankfully the lenses were covered and replaced. Calling afterwards with questions was also easy during business hours. Thank you!

Fairly easy to schedule an appointment, they answer the phones quickly and they send you text reminders, which is great. It is ideally what we all seek in an office. However, I recently went in for an appointment and I waited long to be seen then was rushed in the exam room. The medical assistant reeked of cigarettes and that smells made me sick! To make matters worse she did not put on gloves to dilate me (the gloves were on the counter in the box) she touched my bare face with her cigarette scented hands. Management needs to do better at hiring these people.

I arrived a few minutes and was not given the option to fill out the new patient forms online. The parking lot was crowded, the please stand behind the sign and wait until your called line, only had two people. The waiting area itself was quite busy. I almost did a "U" turn as one person was loudly talking and cursing on her phone. But they called my name, by the time I finished filling out 3 papers.... It was maybe a 20mins wait. Everyone from the front desk back was kind, courteous and professional. I felt very comfortable allowing them to care for my eyes.

First visit at the Eye Center of Delaware and my expectations were exceeded. Dr Brosman was exceptional as well as all the staff. Kind, informative, punctual, the entire staff. I would recommend Dr Brosman to everyone.

Eye Center of Delaware has been the number 1 eye exam & care facility I have ever experienced during my 40+ years of wearing glasses. Continue to operate out of integrity, professionalism, and knowledge. I truly appreciate your team, from the front desk to the vision care services. Your team is awesome and caring.

Such a bad experience trying to make an appointment for myself after my mother being a patient there for a long time. Some lady named Julia answered the phone. She was like rushing the conversation like she needed to be someplace else and not answering phones like her job is. Then, her aptitude was so rude. She gave me all kind of excuses not to give me an appointment. Thanks God I asked for her name way before so I can make this review with the proper name. To end this review I'm just going to say that I'm not go to try to book this practice and I'll look for a different doctor. It's really a shame that some doctors have this kind of people working for them and not knowing what is going on. Smh.
