Kounopt

I ordered glasses from Kounopt as a back up pair, however I absolutely love them and wear them as my primary pair. I didn't care for the color of the first frames and he easily let me return them to get ones I love. I also had an issue with the transition area being too high. Dr. Kounnas fixed the problem and shipped out new lenses. A+ customer service! I would absolutely order from him again in the future.

No doubt, they offer good price. However, it came with prices. It took them 1.5 month to ship the order to me. The glasses came with wrong lens on the right first. It took another month for them to fix. I didn't like it in then end, I feel dizzy wearing them. Jim agreed that I can return and get refund. However, I shipped the glasses back on Sep 14, it's Nov 1st today, I am still waiting for my refund!!!

I want to thank the staff at Kounopt for their very helpful advice on selecting my Silhouette prescription eyeglasses. I was hesitant in the beginning as I never bought eyeglasses online before especially a name brand. The glasses not only fit perfectly but I received all the documentation for authenticity! Thank you kounopt for the great and prompt service at a very affordable price.

My first two experiences were very good. I wish it would have continued. After over two months on my last order the communication got worse and worse with a lot of empty promises that never materialized. Disappointing. I asked for a refund twice by email IF, they could not ship my glasses soon. Finally had to call PayPal. Thank you PayPal! I highly suggest PayPal as your method of payment. They refunded my $ promptly. Hey Jim, if you did complete my glasses that you repeatedly told me we're almost done I'll gladly purchase them from you. Not sure what happened but I know stuff happens. Please fell free to call me and perhaps start doing business again. Thank you!

I cracked my lenses and needed them replaced. Kounopt optometrists did a wonderful job of replacing my broken lenses with high quality , athentic lenses. They were so polite and respectful and used good communication with me through the whole process. The price was very reasonable. They went over and above what I expected. I would recommend Kounopt Eye Glasses to any one.

My last pair of Silhouette glasses were exactly as I expected. I had my prescription checked locally and it was exactly correct. I want to thank the staff at kounopt for their patience and helpful advice. I look forward to placing an order for my son now as well. Thank you so much for the great price and quality with an almost 50% saving!

Great prices and prompt shipment, but getting a credit for my return has been unnecessarily slow (returned item got back to him on 11/13, and now, on 12/4, I still have not received a credit), plus even a statement of his intention to give me credit required more than one inquiry. Credit did come eventually, and I suspect I was dealing with the downside of a small independent optometry shop as opposed to something larger. I upgraded my review accordingly.

If your looking for place to buy Silouettts eye glasses on line, this is not the place. Worst experience I have ever had. Multiple emails and phone calls, gone completely unanswered. Wasted 400.00 dollars on glasses I can't even wear, and the worst part? They lost my original glasses I had sent them to make sure the fit was going to be correct. Run, do not do business with these hacks.
